The following APARs are fixed in this release:
Web service deployment tools
- (PK62769) There is now an option 'Copy WSDL to Project' when generating a JAX-WS webservice client. This option will ensure the WSDL is copied to the JAX-WS client module.
- (PK62853) If the Add or Edit dialog of the 'Manage Policy Set Attachment' is canceled then a NullPointerException is displayed in the workspace .log file
- (PK65059) The Web Services Security Wizard does not provide name for signingInfo in webservice.xml
EJB deployment and mapping tools
- (PK56178) The action to edit the underlying RDB table in the EJB Mapping editor is missing
- (PK62806) The list of pre-defined converters in the EJB Mapping editor should not list abstract converter classes.
- (PK58922) The J2EE Migration wizard for 1.1 to 2.x CMP conversion does not migrate the CMP backend folders.
- (PK65729) RMIC system properties are not set in the current JVM when targeted runtime JDK is the same version as the product JDK.
Server tools
- (PK61654) If an EJB module is added as a utility project to the Enterprise Application then it is still treated as an EJB module at runtime
- (PK61864) The import/export CAR file options fail with a syntax error on a Linux platform
- (PK61971) Non-MANIFEST.MF binary JAR file references to web modules that are published to the v5.1 WebSphere Test Environment are not visible to the runtime server
- (PK63377) If an EAR project is constructed with an EAR Content Directory then any JAR files placed outside the EAR Content Directory are not visible to the WebSphere Application Server runtime
- (PK65079) The Installed JRE entries for the various WebSphere Application Server installs are all listed as runtimeJRE
- (PK64807) An Eclipse variable that points directly to a file added as a web library causes a NullPointerException during publishing
- (PK65017) Cannot change VM arguments and classpath in the WebSphere v6.x Application Client Launcher dialog
- (PK67448) Nothing happens when selecting the 'Run Administrative script..." action on a server
J2EE Extensions
- (PK56314) A Read-Ahead hint in the deployment descriptor of an EJB may cause an incorrect ibm-ejb-jar-ext.xmi file to be generated
EJB Mediator
- (PK60325) A NullPointerException is written to the workspace .log file when selecting to define an EJB mediation handler in the EJB deployment descriptor editor
z/OS Profile Management Tool
- (PK62715) The BBOCCFS job gets generated with SYSOUT=H instead of SYSOUT=* when using the zPMT tool.
- (PK55774) The default expiration date for the certificates generated by the RACF jobs is 12/31/2010, but that date should be increased
