ERROR DESCRIPTION:

After upgrading WebSphere Application Server Toolkit from V6.1.1.8 or lower
to V6.1.1.10 then the installation of any third party plugins will fail with
the following error message:

USERS AFFECTED:

All users of WebSphere Application Server Toolkit upgrading from V6.1.1.8 or
lower to V6.1.1.10

PROBLEM CONCLUSION: 

With this fix users of WebSphere Application Server Toolkit V6.1.1.10 will be
able to install third party plugins.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 6.1.1.11.

Installation Instructions:

1) Ensure that AST is not running.
2) Navigate to the <AST Install Directory> directory.
5) Extract the file PM18475.zip to the <AST Install Directory> directory and overwrite the feature.xml file.
6) Restart AST.
