Description/symptom of problem:

This description is based on L3SM testing with DB dump obtained from the customer.Confirmed problem scenario with
system management architect and also looked at past problems associated with this code. There are several
reports of repository corruption associated with the call tounilateralCommit(). It has the effect of committing
the transaction eventhough the application may be in the middle of a complex operation on the repository and may
have made several updates and still have several more to do. This has a tendency of causing WAS repository
inconsistencies (what is popularly known as corrupt repository).

Directions to apply efix:

1) Create "efix" directory to store the efix jar file(s):
   AIX: /usr/WebSphere/AppServer/efix

2) Copy PQ61539_354.jar to the directory
3) Add the directory/jar file to the beginning of the admin server's classpath
  in admin.config:
com.ibm.ejs.sm.adminserver.classpath=C:/WebSphere/AppServer/efix/PQ61539_354.jar...
