Abstract: Persistant connections fail because content-length is not lowercased

Description/sypmtom of problem:  Persistance connectins fail because content-length is not lowercased

Directions to apply efix:
1) Stop the Iplanet WebServer
2) Create "efix" directory to store the original libns40.so:
   AIX: /usr/WebSphere/AppServer/efix
   Solaris/Linux: /opt/WebSphere/AppServer/efix
   Windows: c:\WebSphere\AppServer\efix
3) Copy the supplied libns40.so to the WebSphere\AppServer\bin directory
4) Restart the Iplanet WebServer
