Description/sypmtom of problem:

- POST request with 0 content length returns Internal Server Error 

DIRECTIONS TO APPLY EFIX:

Part 1:
1) Stop the Web Server(s).
2) Issue the command java -jar PQ53053_eFix_AEServer_AEsServer.jar -target <WebSphere Install Dir>
3) Restart the web server(s)
