Abstract: Admin eFix for 4.0.1 AE

Description/sypmtom of problem: 
   110426: When a cloned server fails or is killed it is automatically
           restarted, however, the modules installed on the server are not
           restarted.  When the server comes back up WLM will try to route
           requests to that server and all of these requests will fail.

   110585: Application installation can fail when module binding information
           is incomplete.

   111325: Added HotSpotOption property to indicate usage of server or client
           HotSpot.

Directions to apply eFix:
   Use the standard eFix application procedure for WebSphere 4.0.1.
