 PQ46998	 Strange passivation/timeout behaviour - incorrect cache time out
              
              This fix ensures that the the caching of the stateful session beans
              would not follow the cache count set in the container properties.
   
Attached are steps you can use to use this fix:

Step 1: Create a directory called "efix" under the WebSphere root. <WebSphere root>/efix.
	The root could be C:/WebSphere/AppServer.


Step 2: Copy PQ46998.jar into the efix directory.
         
Step 3: Add the directory/jar file to the beginning of the admin server's classpath
        in admin.config: e.g ->
	com.ibm.ejs.sm.adminserver.classpath=C:/WebSphere/AppServer/efix/pq46998.jar...


Step 4: Restart the WebSphere Admin Server for the changes to take effect
