Abstract: Slow EJB java clients due to WLM authorization failures

Description/symptom of problem: With security on, and an enterprise app
   on a clone with a challenge type of none, when bean clones are 
   associated with the enterprise app with authorization to everyone...
   Substantial delay when accessing the bean and security log messages. 
Directions to apply efix:
1) Create "efix" directory to store the efix jar file(s):
   AIX: /usr/WebSphere/AppServer/efix
   Solaris/Linux: /opt/WebSphere/AppServer/efix
   Windows: c:\WebSphere\AppServer\efix
2) Copy PQ45064-r3.5.3.jar to the directory
3) Add the directory/jar file to the beginning of the admin server's classpath
  in admin.config:
com.ibm.ejs.sm.adminserver.classpath=C:/WebSphere/AppServer/efix/PQ45064-r3.5.3.jar...
4) Stop and restart the Admin Server
