Fix for PQ42313 - WAS crashes, creates core and Java core files in /bin directory.
**SUPERCEDES PQ41336 (installing PQ41336 will remove this fix)

To install this fix:

1. Stop the webserver and WebSphere
2. Switch to the WebSphere/AppServer/bin subdirectory
3. Rename your existing asoutsj.dll file to something else.
4. Copy the new asoutsj.dll file into the bin subdirectory
5. Restart the webserver and WebSphere
