Problem description:  When using generic servers the WebSphere 3.02.1
administrative service fails to start and generates recursive calls to
com.ibm.ejs.sm.beans._EJBServer_Stub.listContainedObjects until the stack
overflows with a java.lang.StackOverflowError.

How to apply:

  - Stop all application servers and the WebSphere administrative service.
  - Create a new directory, <WebSphereRoot>/AppServer/efixes and copy
PQ37478.jar to that directory.
  - Edit <WebSphereRoot>/bin/admin.config and add
<WebSphereRoot>/AppServer/efixes/PQ37478.jar to the beginning of
com.ibm.ejs.sm.adminserver.classpath.
  - Restart the WebSphere administrative service and application servers.
