Problem: Description: CLASSFORMATERROR
Classformaterror wrong name. Applied patch / defect 73117 which 
resolved the problem. Patch is not platform dependent. 


Apply patch
Have the customer put it in the front of the classpath in the admin.config file in the AppServer bin directory. 
You can check the classpatch change using snoop.
