Description:
	When we call a JSP from a Servlet, JSP Page compiler of  
	WAS2.0.3.1 will automatically add <BASE> tag at the top of the 		
	HTML. 

How to apply:
	Copy the jar file in the classes directory of the websphere.
	Make sure you stop and restart the http server and websphere 			
	after putting the jar file in the classes directory. 

Platforms:
	You can use the same jar file for NT,AIX and SUN.
