Abstract:  IHS 2.0.42 generates "error unresolved symbols"  on hpux 2.0 with ldap

Description/symptom of problem:  Using LDAP with IHS 2.0.42 generates "error unresolved symbols"  when starting IHS.

Directions to apply fix:  Stop IHS.
Backup up mod_ibm_ldap.so.
Replace with new mod_ibm_ldap.so.
Start IHS.

Directions to remove fix:  Stop IHS.
Restore backup mod_ibm_ldap.so
Start IHS.

Directions to re-apply fix:  Stop IHS.
Backup up mod_ibm_ldap.so.
Replace with new mod_ibm_ldap.so.
Start IHS.
