Abstract:  Failover would lose requests with a proxy firewall in between the appserver and the
   webserver plugins.  

DIRECTIONS TO APPLY EFIX:

   For the webserver machine:

      1) Stop the webserver.
      2) Make a backup copy of the shared libraries in the WAS_ROOT/bin
         directory. 
      3) Copy the efix files to the bin directory.
      4) In the bootstrap.properties, add the following line to enable the efix:
             ose.connection.handshake=true
      5) Start the webserver back up.

   For the appserver machine:

      1) Stop both the appserver(s) and the adminserver.
      2) Make a backup copy of the shared libraries in the WAS_ROOT/bin
         directory. 
      3) Copy the efix files to the bin directory.
      4) Start up the adminserver and the appserver(s).
      ( There are no configuration parameters to enable on the appserver side. )
