Abstract: Replaces PQ54845 where all header names were lowercased.  Set-Cookie and other
          lowercased headers were not recognized by Iplanet.  Only content-length needs
          to be lowercase.
                                              
Description/sypmtom of problem: After application of PQ54845 all cookies were not received
          by the browser.

Directions to apply efix:

1) Stop the Iplanet WebServer
2) Create "efix" directory to store the original ns40.dll or ns36.dll:
   AIX: /usr/WebSphere/AppServer/efix
   Solaris/Linux: /opt/WebSphere/AppServer/efix
   Windows: c:\WebSphere\AppServer\efix
3) Copy the supplied ns40.dll or ns36.dll to the WebSphere\AppServer\bin directory
4) Restart the WebServer
