RECOMMENDATION: None The underlying cause of this exception was that a race condition existed in method addContextToThread() in class ThreadContextManager that was allowing two threads to update a HashMap concurrently. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: Class ThreadContextManager has been changed to synchronize method addContextToThread() to prevent the HashMap from being updated simultaneously. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 6.1.0.15.
