Description/symptom of problem: PK31490 resolves the following problem: ERROR DESCRIPTION: When connecting using a credential type of SIB Subject, and an LTPA token, with an invalid User of SIBServer type and incorrect bus name. The following is incorrectly returned: SINotAuthorizedException when using local OS user repository and SIErrorException when using LDAP user repository. It should return SIAuthenticationException. LOCAL FIX: PROBLEM SUMMARY USERS AFFECTED: Users of Service Integration Bus. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The wrong exception can be returned when connecting to a bus with security enabled and providing invalid credentials. RECOMMENDATION: None An exception will be thrown when connecting to a bus using the following combination of settings: - credential type of SIB Subject - an LTPA token - an invalid user of SIBServer type - incorrect bus name If the user registry is the local OS then SINotAuthorizedException will be thrown. If the user registry is LDAP then SIErrorException will be thrown. For either user registry the exception should be SIAuthenticationException. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: The correct exception is thrown after applying this fix.
