There are times when a user would like to clear the statement cache associated with a connection. This APAR fix for this APAR will provide an API through which a user can clear the statement cache associated with a connection. LOCAL FIX: None -- not sure if purging the connection pool would clear the statement cache. PROBLEM SUMMARY USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server users of JDBC.
