PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WCCM CommonArchive layer has a memory leak caused by the use of File method deleteOnExit RECOMMENDATION: None CommonArchive, part of WCCM framework, makes use of File.deleteOnExit() call extensively. There is a known native memory leak with File.deleteOnExit. See SUN's bug report: http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4513817 PROBLEM CONCLUSION: CommonArchive, CORONA, and WTP code was rewritten to no longer use File.deleteOnExit. An internate implementation was provided to track files to be deleted. The implementation ensures that files are deleted soon, and that memory is not retained following file deletion. The code update is available for the next 5.0.2.x service pack (5.0.2.17), and has been placed into the 5.1.1.10 and 6.0.2.9 service packs.
