Abstract:  arguments of class wsdlmodeler constructor changed caused wdt/rad can't generate Java class from wsdl file

Description/symptom of problem:  
PI59131 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:                                              
A java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:                                  
com/ibm/jtc/jax/tools/ws/processor/modeler/wsdl/WSDLModeler.<ini
t> will be seen by usr when they trying to generate java        
class from WSDL file with Websphere Development Tools or        
Rational Application Developer.

PROBLEM SUMMARY

USERS AFFECTED:
 IBM WebSphere Application Server users of
Java API For XML Web Services with
Rational Application Developer v9.0 and
v9.1 or WebSphere Development tools
v8.5.5.6 and earlier

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
NoSuchMethodException is thrown when
attempting to generate Java class
from WSDL file

RECOMMENDATION:
None

Java API For XML Web Services 2.2.10 Reference Implementation
changed the arguments of constructor. This change will break
the Top-down web service generation function (generate Java
class from WSDL file) of Rational Application Developer v9.0
and v9.1 or WebSphere Development tools v8.5.5.6 and earlier.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:                                             
Restored the old constructor of class WSDLModeler

The user must:
* Logged in with the same authority level when unpacking a fix, fix pack or refresh pack.
* Be at V1.4.3 or newer of the Installation Manager. Certain iFixes may require a newer version of the Installation Manager and the Installation Manager will inform you during the installation process if a newer version is required.

The IBM Knowledge Center can provide details, if needed, on the use of the Installation Manager to apply the iFixes.
