Review the strategy for automatically modifying the placement of dynamic cluster instances in the action plan. The dynamic cluster operating mode is set to automatic. DCPC0342I: The Application Placement Controller is suggesting to stop server because it is on a host with insufficient memory. NGRP0010E: Error notifying app placement controller of maintenance mode change on node to value false.
