Abstract:  the portlet container markup fragment caching feature incorrectly handles null values of url parameters

Description/symptom of problem:  
PI17987 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:                                              
The portlet container markup fragment caching feature           
incorrectly handles null values of URL parameters.              
This ie. results in broken links in the toolbar for "Edit" links
in the Page tab for the fields "Page URL", "Associated          
community", and "Edit Page Properties".

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:                                             
The portlet container markup fragment caching feature is fixed  
to correctly handle null values of portlet parameters.

* Be at V1.4.3 or newer of the Installation Manager. Certain iFixes may require a newer version of the Installation Manager and the Installation Manager will inform you during the installation process if a newer version is required.
