Abstract:  IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty is vulnerable to a denial of service due to Google protobuf-java (CVE-2022-3171 CVSS 5.7, CVE-2022-3509 CVSS 5.7)

* Be at V1.9.0 or newer of the Installation Manager. Certain iFixes may require a newer version of the Installation Manager and the Installation Manager will inform you during the installation process if a newer version is required.
