LOCAL FIX: PROBLEM SUMMARY: USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Applicaton Server 8.5.5.18 using plug point for custom password encryption. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the custom password encryption on WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.18, failures may occur.
