Description/symptom of problem: PK44764 resolves the following problem: ERROR DESCRIPTION: Any "Save" operation fails with ServletException: Missing message for key ""ChangesFound.??" on Administrative console for WebSphere Application Server 6.0.2.19. This problem occurs only when the Application Server process is running with Japanese locale. LOCAL FIX: Starting the application server process with English locale can prevent this issue. PROBLEM SUMMARY USERS AFFECTED: Users of IBM Websphere Application server version 6.0.2 running on a non-English locale operating system who try to make configuration changes using the administrative console PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When configuration changes are made using the administrative console and the "save" option is clicked, a servlet error is thrown. RECOMMENDATION: None The following error is thrown: [servletException in:/secure/tiles/synclist.jsp] Missing message for key "ChangesFound." This problem is a regression caused by changes that were made for APAR PK07223. The message to be displayed was being dynamically built and the was partly in Enlish and partly locale specific, causing the error. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: Code changes have been made to correctly identify the client session locale and build the message appropriately. An Ifix for the APAR has been published and is available for download. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fixpack 6.0.2.21.
