If you would like the demos to play in FULLSCREEN, then start them with the 
"startcamplay.bat" file as follows:

- startcamplay [nameofdemo].avi

for instance "startcamplay 1-Logon.avi"

In addition, if you want the demos to start in fullscreen when you click on links inside the powerpoint presentation, then you much go to a Windows Explorer, Tools > Folder Options > File Types

and associate "startcamplay.bat" with file types of .AVI (That will start AVI files up by default using the CAMPLAY.EXE AVI player, in fullscreen!
