Processing a migration definition using the z/OS Migration Management Tool

Before you migrate a WebSphere® Application Server for z/OS® Version 7.0 or later node to Version 9.0, you must create Job Control Language (JCL) jobs (CNTL and DATA datasets) that you will run on z/OS during the actual migration. You can use the z/OS Migration Management Tool to create a migration definition and upload the appropriate migration jobs. Learn how to upload migration jobs to a target z/OS system using the z/OS Migration Management Tool. Also learn how to export the jobs for a migration definition to a directory on the local file system using the z/OS Migration Management Tool.
