IBM MQ server [Settings]
A IBM MQ server represents a IBM MQ queue manager or (for WebSphere® MQ for z/OS®) queue-sharing group. Use this panel to view or modify the details of a IBM MQ server definition.
To view this page in the console, click one of the following paths:
- , choose a server type of "IBM MQ server", then click Next.
If WebSphere MQ functionality has been disabled at any scope, an informational message indicating that WebSphere MQ has been disabled is displayed. In a single server environment this informational message is only displayed when the server is restarted after WebSphere MQ functionality has been disabled. In a network deployment environment the informational message is displayed immediately. For more information see Disabling WebSphere MQ functionality in WebSphere Application Server.
Configuration tab
The Configuration tab shows configuration properties for this object. These property values are preserved even if the runtime environment is stopped then restarted. See the information center task descriptions for information about how to apply configuration changes to the runtime environment.
