Web service client creation overview

You can create a web service client for a web service in your workspace or a remote service.

When you use the web services wizards to create your web service, you can create the client at the same time or you can create a client after the web service is created. If you want to create a web service client for a service that is not in your workspace, you must first find the web service and import the WSDL file. For more information, refer to Discovering and importing a web service.
