- Support for specifications .91 and 1.0
- Extended tagging support for queries and connection management
- An XML-compliant DTD for JSPs
- Support for the Java servlet 2.1 specification including a graphical interface, automatic user session management and user state management
- High speed pooled database access using JDBC for DB2® Universal Database and Oracle
- XML server tools, including a parser and data transformation tools
- XSL support
