This file is a sample data center model file for Tivoli Intelligent Orchestrator and Tivoli Provisioning Manager Version 3.1 that demonstrates how to define a simple WebSphere Extended Deployment system.
In the example file, the defined system contains one WebSphere Application Server cell. The cell has three node groups: the NodeGroupA node group, the NodeGroupB node group, and the NodeGroupC node group. Each node group has one configured node. The NodeGroupA node group contains the node1 node. The NodeGroupB node group contains the node2 node. The NodeGroupC node contains the node3 node. Each node group maps to a single Tivoli Intelligent Orchestrator application tier. In addition, one on demand router node, the node4 node is defined in a separate Tivoli Intelligent Orchestrator application tier. The deployment manager is the node5 node.
Because this file is an example, you must make the proper modifications to this file before importing it into your Tivoli Intelligent Orchestrator installation. For example, you must change the IP addresses, which in this sample, are in the subnet 10.10.10.0/255.255.255.0 so that the Tivoli Intelligent Orchestrator installation can access them.
See the Tivoli Intelligent Orchestrator information center for more information about importing the data model from XML.
