Web server plug-in custom properties

If you are using a Web server plug-in, you can add one or more of the following custom properties to the configuration settings for that plug-in.

To add a custom property:
  1. In the administrative console, click In the administrative console, click Servers > Web Servers > Web_server_name > Plug-in properties > Custom properties > New
  2. Under General Properties specify the name of the custom property in the Name field and a value for this property in the Value field. You can also specify a description of this property in the Description field.
  3. Click Apply or OK.
  4. Click Save to save your configuration changes.
  5. Restart the server.

The following is a list of Web server plug-in custom properties, which are provided with the Application Server, but do not appear on the properties settings pages for the plug-in. You can enter them on the properties settings pages for the plug-in as required.

StashfileLocation

Use this property to set a value for the stashfile initialization parameter. This parameter specifies the location of the stash file containing the encrypted password an application uses to authenticate to the server.

Data type String
Default plugins_root/etc/plugin-key.sth

KeyringLocation

Use this property to set a value for the keyring initialization parameter. This parameter specifies the location of the keyring file that is used to store and protect the cryptographic keys for the server.

Data type String
Default plugins_root/etc/plugin-key.kdb
