About this task
The work area service is managed using the administrative console. There are two administrative tasks associated with work areas:
Enabling the work area service
. The work area service is disabled by default on servers but enabled by default on the client
Managing the size of work areas
. Applications can set maximum sizes on each work area to be sent and to be accepted.
