Bookmarking will save topics so that you can find them again later. A topic is one unit of information—one entry in the table of contents.

Add an information center bookmark | For an information center deployed on a server
and viewed over an intranet or the Internet, you can save bookmarks for topics
in the information center when you are using Internet Explorer to view the
information center. The bookmarks are saved to your Internet Explorer Favorites
menu. For an information center installed and viewed locally on your machine,
the bookmarks are saved to the Bookmarks view in the left hand side of the
user interface. To set a bookmark for the topic currently in the Topic pane,
click the Bookmark Document icon ( |
Search for the topic name | At the bottom of each topic is a Web address
including the topic name. Enter the topic name, minus the file extension,
into the information center search to find the topic again later without remembering
the topic title or its location in the table of contents. For example, the
