Why and when to perform this task
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol protects the communication between WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Application Server for z/OS application servers. To complete the SSL connection, establish a valid truststore file for the WebSphere Application Server. A truststore file is a key database file that contains the public keys (See Creating login key files for information about how to create a new keystore file.)
