Signing information collection
Use this page to view a list of signing parameters. Signing information
is used to sign and validate parts of a message including the body, time stamp,
and user name token. You can also use these parameters for X.509 validation
when the authentication method is IDAssertion and the ID type is X509Certificate
in the server-level configuration. In such cases, you must fill in the certificate
path fields only.
Note: Use Internet Explorer if you experience difficulties in the Signing
Information panel using Netscape 4.7.9.
To view this administrative console page, complete the following steps:
- Click Applications > Enterprise Applications > application_name.
- Under Related Items, click Web Modules > URI_file_name > Web
Services: Server Security Bindings .
- In the Request Receiver Binding column, click Edit > Signing Information.
- Click New to create a signing parameter. Click Delete to
delete a signing parameter.
- Signature Method
- Specifies the unique name of the signature method.
