Using process-related messages

Why and when to perform this task

Process choreographer uses the WebSphere Application Server JRas framework for handling messages. All messages that belong to process choreographer are prefixed with BPE. The format of process choreographer messages is BPEComponentNumberTypeCode. The type code can be:
I
Information message
W
Warning message
E
Error message

You can find process choreographer messages in the SystemOut.log file, the SystemErr.log file, and traces. If the message text provided in these files is not enough to help you solve your problem, you can use the WebSphere Application Server symptom database to find more information. To view process choreographer messages, check the activity.log file by using the WebSphere log analyzer.
