[Version 5.0.2 and later]Working with process instances you administer

Before you begin

To administer processes, you need to have administrator authority for the business process.

Why and when to perform this task

The Administered By Me page of the process choreographer Web client displays a list of only those process instances for which you are the process administrator. If you need to see all of the process instances, define a process instance list to see those process instances for which you are not the process administrator.

Steps for this task

  1. Display the Administered By Me page.
[Version 5.0.2 and later]Click Administered By Me under Process Instance Lists in the navigation pane.
[5.0 only]Click Administered By Me under Workitem Lists in the navigation pane.
  2. Click the name of the process instance with which you want to work.
  3. (Optional)   To act on the process instance, click an action displayed under Available Actions.
The actions that are available depend on the current state of the process instance. For example, if a process instance is in the running state, Terminate is displayed.
