- Constructor.
- Parameters:
msg
- The Exception messageexcs
- An array of at most two Exceptions. The first exception
in the array is of type NotProcessedException and contains
messages from all failing resources. The optional second
exception is of type SystemException and represents the
occurence of one or more Unexpected errors.
getFailedResourceExceptions

- This method provides access to the exceptions which
contain the details about the failing resources and
unexpected errors.

- The array of at most two exceptions.
