Overview | Records the return value of an operation invoked on a DynamicImplementation. |
Original class | CORBA::ServerRequest |
Exceptions | CORBA::SystemException |
Intended Usage
This method is intended to be used by an implementation of CORBA::BOA::DynamicImplementation::invoke (in a subclass of DynamicImplementation), to record the return result of an operation that was dispatched. If there is no return value (the return type is void or an exception occurred), CORBA::ServerRequest::set_result should not be called. The CORBA::ServerRequest::set_result function can be called at most once by an execution of CORBA::BOA::DynamicImplementation::invoke, and only after calling CORBA::ServerRequest::params.
Syntax
void set_result (CORBA::Any *value) throw (CORBA::SystemException);
