Error description
When the customer checks the "Deploy EJBs" box at the admin
console during an application deploy, his application fails to
successfully be deployed. Though, he is able to run the
EJBDeploy command successfully from the command line.
    During the debug of the problem, it was found that setting
com.ibm.etools.EJBDeploy.debug to a value of true was being
ignored when set via the admin console's create new property
under System Administration>Deployment Manager>Process
Definition>Servant>Java Virtual Machine>Custom Properties.

****************************************************************
When running the EJBDeploy option via the Administrative Console
with the com.ibm.etools.EJBDeploy.debug property set to true,
the EJBDeploy working directory is not kept as it should be.
To set the EJBDeploy debug option:
Servers -> Application Servers -> <server> ->Process Definition
Servant -> Java Virtual Machine -> Custom Properties
or for ND:
System Administration->Deployment Manager->Process Definition->
Servant->Java Virtual Machine->Custom Properties
Problem conclusion
The code was changed so that the setting of the EJBDeploy debug
option is honored and the working directory is kept.
