Error description
Admin Console Cannot find bean GetUrlPrefixesForm when two users
with different logon ID's are logged onto two browsers and look
at the same configuration. The following error is received in
the browser for user1:
[ServletException in:/secure/layouts/detailTitleLayout.jsp]
Cannot find bean GetUrlPrefixesForm in scope null'
In the browser for user2, the following is seen:
This application has no Web Services enabled modules

The Administrative Console cannot find bean GetUrlPrefixesForm
when two users with different logon ID's are logged onto two
browsers and look at the same configuration by navigating to
Applications -> Enterprise Applications -> <application name>
-> Publish WSDL.
The following error is received in the browser for user1:
 ServletException in:/secure/layouts/detailTitleLayout.jsp
Cannot find bean GetUrlPrefixesForm in scope null'
In the browser for user2, the following message appears twice:
This application has no Web Services enabled modules
This application has no Web Services enabled modules
Problem conclusion
The code for the Publish WSDL application page has been modified
to correct the problem.
