Resolving the
problem |
If you have problems starting the Administrative Console,
follow these steps:
- Check to see if your server came up.
- Check for any SSL® problems by searching for the keyword GSK in
the logs.
GSK errors are associated with keyrings and certificates and might
indicate a problem with them.
- Refer to the System SSL Programming manual SC24-590, Chapter
13, for additional information about SSL. This chapter contains
information about the meaning of the return code, if one is issued.
- Review installation job output for jobs BBOxBRAK and BBOxR2FC for any
errors.
- If you see message ICH408I issued by RACF®, this might indicate that
the server does not have access to ICSF CSFSERV class profiles.
- If you see message ICH408I issued by RACF®, this might indicate that
the server does not have access to ICSF CSFSERV class profiles.
- If ICSF Crypto Hardware is available, but WebSphere® Application
Server does not have permission, SYSTEM SSL will stop.
