* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Custom MBean registration fails with *
*                      error message ADMN0005E upon second     *
* attempt to register it. *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When a custom MBean is registered during server startup in one
context, such as an application servlet, it can be unregistered
successfully but an attempt to register it again from another
context, such as via a SOAP connector, will fail with the
following AdminException:

ADMN0005E: Unable to activate MBean: type AppAdmin,
collaborator abc.app.admin.WSConnectorAdmin@3bc45333,
configuration id AppAdmin,
descriptor abc/app/admin/WSConnectorAdmin at
com.ibm.ws.management.MBeanFactoryImpl.activateMBean
(MBeanFactoryImpl.java:468)

Additionally, the backtrace for the nested exception will
indicate that a NullPointerException has occurred at
com.ibm.ws.management.MBeanFactoryImpl.activateMBean
(MBeanFactoryImpl.java:424).
Problem conclusion
Implemented changes to ensure the MBean is registered in the
Control region JVM for visibility across all application
contexts within the Servant region JVM.

APAR PK25443 is associated with SERVICE LEVEL W502041 of
