Error description
There is no opportunity to set client_protocol_resolve_port
to match customer site port assignment scheme at installation
  The customers site has a different scheme for port assignments
than the default WebSphere port assignments. The installation
dialog allows the customer to set various port assignments
to match their own scheme, but there is no opportunity to
set client_protocol_resolve_port and no documentation on
client_protocol_resolve_port in the installation documentation

The printing of this unused configuration variable and its
default value can lead to confusion about what ports are and
are not being used.  The message is:
BBOM0001I client_protocol_resolve_port: NOT SET, DEFAULT=2809
Problem conclusion
Removed the unused variable so it is no longer printed during
server startup.
