Error description
When a client of WebSphere terminates abnormally, the Daemon or
Controller execution thread is abended with a CC3/040E0001 abend
code. This may cause the server to go down. This apar will
address this issue.

When a client ends abnormally the local communications resource
manager gets control and drives code to clean up the session.
The clean up session code attempts to schedule an SRB to the
client address space. The schedule fails with abend code CC3
reason code 040E0001 because the client address space is gone.

Problem conclusion
Changed the session clean up code to not schedule a SRB to the
client address space when in the session clean up code because
the client address space ended abnormally.
