Error description
Customer reports the following problem:
If he sets the TrustedProxy property at the 'HTTP Transport'
level: Servers > Application Servers > server_name > Web
Container > HTTP Transport > Host > Additional Properties >
> Custom Properties .... the change shows up in the server.xml
file as 'name="TrustedProxy" value="true"' and in the was.env
file as 'protocol_http_trusted_proxy'. However, when changed at
the 'Web Container' level: Servers > Application Servers >
server_name > Web Container > Additional Properties > Custom
Properties .... the change is only reflected in the server.xml
file. He feels that the change should be made in the was.env
file as well

Several HTTP Transport-related custom properties can be defined
at the Web Container level in the Administrative Console and
should default down to all HTTP Transports defined under the
WebContainer; however, this defaulting behavior does not
occur. The custom properties affected include
ConnectionIOTimeout, ConnectionKeepAliveTimeout,
ConnectionResponseTimeout, MaxConnectBacklog,
MaxKeepAliveConnections, MaxKeepAliveRequests,
MutualAuthCBindCheck, and TrustedProxy.
Problem conclusion
For those custom properties listed above, if specified at the
Web Container level, their values will default down to all HTTP
Transports defined under the WebContainer. (The default values
of these properties, if specified, may be overridden at the
HTTP Transport level.)
