(MD20179) Unresolved local transactions initiated with RRS based resource managers and connectors may be committed even though the unresolved action was rollback. This event may occur because at the end of each local transaction containment, WebSphere did not check for unresolved local mode interests in the RRS unit of recovery. (MD20217) JVM options - in xml files - without equal signs ("=") and containing variable references, e.g., ${A_Variable}, are not properly resolved when the options are written to the servant.jvm.options and control.jvm.options files. For example, the following JVM option: -Xbootclasspath/a:${A_Variable}/lib/jiti.jar will appear in the servant.jvm.options file just as it is above, without a substitution for ${A_Variable}. (MD20251) A missing #pragma pack(reset) caused alignment words within the ActivityRegistry object definition (bbooactr.cpp) to not be included in the objects size calculation. As a result a smaller than needed storage area was obtained from the heap. When the ActivityRegistry implementation stored into the last few words of its object storage, the heap was damaged. (MD20252) Error messages are needed in the generated helper classes of WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition. Currently, if invalid values are set into the fields of the helper class, a validation exception is being thrown with no error message.Problem conclusion APAR PQ91258 fixes the following defect in WebSphere Application Server V5.0 for z/OS. (MD19878) In the Administrative Console, on the SSL Configuration Repertoire detail page for an SSSL repertoire (Security > SSL > New SSSL Repertoire - or choose an existing one), the description for the Client Authentication field has been corrected to: "Enables client authentication to occur if this repertoire is selected for HTTPS. This value is ignored in other cases." (MD20179) Code was added to check for unresolved local mode interests in the RRS unit of recovery. When found, WebSphere now assigns the appropriate outcome based on the unresolved action deployment descriptor. (MD20217) JVM options containing variable references and without equal signs ("=") are now properly resolved. (MD20251) Code was modified to correct alignment issues in the ActivityRegistry object. (MD20252) The WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition runtime library has been updated to include messages for the validation exceptions. APAR PQ91258 is associated with SERVICE LEVEL W502013 of WebSphere Application Server V5.0 for z/OS.Temporary fix Comments
