The GIOP version of LocateRequest for WsnNameService is 1.0
..
The GIOP version of "get" request to "INIT" object was 1.2.
It should also be 1.1 or lower.
The problem is GIOP GET request being 1.2 instead of 1.1 format.

When interoperating with WAS 4.0, a problem was encountered
wherein the GIOP version of "get" request to "INIT" object
was 1.2, after a successful 1.0 locate request.

The problem is that the minor version used in the successful
locate is not correctly persisted for the following outbound
request.
Problem conclusion
Support has be modified to correctly preserve the minor version
of a 1.0 locate response.
