A NullPointerException will be thrown when an attempt to remove
a user or group via the Administrative Console follows the
scenerio below in which the user or group had already been
removed from the backend LDAP database.

The error occurs under the following scenario:
1. A user/group is created in the Administrative Console
application and exists in the LDAP backend database.
2. The user/group is removed from the LDAP backend database for
any reason.
3. A WebSphere Administrator attempts to remove the user/group
from the WebSphere Administrative Console user listing.
4. A NullPointerException is seen in the logs.
Problem conclusion
Changes have been made to prevent the NullPointerException in
this scenerio.
