APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
When using the WebSphere IPCS commands, to format out the time
stamps associated with the worker threads, the 'time and date'
is incorrect.
The most noticable point is that the date is years in the
future, and the time portion is also incorrect.
  The output of command:
IP VERBX BBORDATA 'ASID(xxx) TCB(yyyyy)' command, which is used
to display the information associated with a WebSphere 'worker
thread' is where this problem was seen.

****************************************************************
When using the WebSphere IPCS commands (VERBX BBORDATA) to
format the timestamps associated with worker threads, the time
and date are incorrect. In many cases, the date is many years
in the future (e.g. 2042). The timestamps themselves in the
dump are correct. The problem is only in how they are
formatted to make them human-readable.
Problem conclusion
The timestamps are formatted incorrectly due to an error in
the updates to IPCS processing code to support 64-bit dumps.
The code has been updated to process the timestamps correctly.

APAR PK39304 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 6.1.0.8 of WebSphere Application Server V6.1
