The code failed to make sure that the session pointer wasn't
NULL prior to accessing fields in the session object.  As a
result, it had an instance where the session was NULL and
attempted to access memory in the low core protected area.
Problem conclusion
The code now checks if the session pointers are NULL prior to
accessing session fields.

APAR PK52984 currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 6.0.2.24 of WebSphere Application Server V6.0.1
for z/OS.
