****************************************************************
After an active administrative console session has terminated
(e.g. due to a timeout), the login box sometimes appears in a
frame of the original administrative console page, rather than
as a full page itself. In some cases, the browser appears to be
looping (repeatedly attempting to refresh the page), CPU usage
in the Deployment Manager address space is elevated, and the
following message appears in the job log:

Failure Exit from -> SecurityManager::secureSocketInit
Problem conclusion
The code that displays the login box was updated to ensure that
it is always a full page. This also eliminates the "looping"
and elevated CPU usage.
