Error description
The customer created the following JDBC Provider:
DB2 for zOS Local JDBC Provider (RRS)
.
Then attempted to create a Version 4 Datasource
Data Sources (Version 4)
.
The customer was not able to create the datasource without a
default username and default password since these fields are
required, when they should be optional.

The following fields were considered required, but

Problem conclusion
The administrative console was modified to set these
fields as no longer required.
