The explanation for the CC3/00020001indicates that SBBOLPA
should be in LPA or STEPLIB, however in the "Getting Started"
documentation the following is indicated,
.
SBBOLPA WebSphere for z/OS data set that you installedthrough
SMP/E. It has members that shouldgo into the link list or LPA

The above should be corrected to indicate that SBBOLPA can be
placed in LPA or STEPLIB. (In chapter 1)

the troubleshooting section of the WebSphere Application Server
for z/OS InfoCenter. Also, the Customization Dialog and related
articles in the WebSphere Application Server for z/OS InfoCenter
should be updated to remove any instruction as to where the
SBBOLPA members should go.
Problem conclusion
Panel BBOWHS11 will be updated with the changes described below.

APAR PQ80728 requires a change to the infocenter. To access the
latest online documentation, go to the product library page at:

www.ibm.com/software/webservers/appserv/zos_os390/library/

----------------------------------
The following definition change will appear in the Customization
Dialog file BBOWHS11 and the InfoCenter files rins_defvar2def
and rins_defvar4def:

Specify the following Language Environment and WebSphere for
z/OS data sets and whether they are ("Y") or are not ("N") in
the link list or the link pack area (LPA). "N" indicates the
generated JCL will contain STEPLIB statements for these data
sets. Refer to your SMP/E installation for the location of these
data sets listed by their DD Name.

...

SBBOLPA
WebSphere Application Server for z/OS data set that you
installed through SMP/E.

----------------------------------
The new InfoCenter article, which you can access by selecting
Troubleshooting by task: what are you trying to do? ->
Troubleshooting installation problems, will read as follows:

    Error when installing WebSphere Application
    Server for z/OS

R=00020001 was issued. From compile unit
BBODBDLD at entry point BBODBDLD at
compile unit offset +xxxxxxxx at entryoffset
    +xxxxxxxx at address xxxxxxxx

This error occurs when SBBOLPA cannot be found
in either LPA or STEPLIB. For example, you would
see this error if SBBOLPA resides in link list.

To correct this problem, place SBBOLPA in LPA or
    STEPLIB when installing WebSphere Application
    Server V5.0 for z/OS.
