APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
When a cluster has been defined from the admin console of
WebSphere Application Server v5.0 for z/OS, and all of the
servers within that cluster are active and available, the
admin console incorrectly displays the cluster to be
'unavailable'. The status should be 'active'.
Local fix
This code change has been shipped in W500103 and this APAR will
be closed as a duplicate APAR. Customers will be advised to
apply W500103 to fix this problem.

HOLD for ACTION information was not supplied to customers for
defect MD17282 shipped in APAR 
PQ77019 (PTF UQ79132).  That fix
shipped two jars but did not create the symbolic links necessary
for the cluster support to work properly.
Problem conclusion
The symbolic links must be created.  A Post-Installer script
has been created and shipped to generate these links during PTF
installation.  No customer action required.
