Error description
The serverindex.xml is getting corrupted during parallel
deployment. This happens whether the scripting client is used or
it is done via the Admin console.

*                      performing concurrent deployments.      *

The serverindex.xml file is getting corrupted when multiple
administrators are performing concurrent deployments.
This happens whether the scripting client is used or
if deployment is performed via the Administrative Console.

Users may receive the following exception during deployment:
com.ibm.ws.sm.workspace.WorkSpaceException
com.ibm.websphere.management.exception.DocumentChangedException:
             cells/<cell-name>/nodes/<node-name>/serverindex.xml
Problem conclusion
The code has been modified to prevent corruption of the
serverindex.xml file during concurrent deployment of
applications.

This APAR requires changes to WebSphere Application Server
for z/OS V5.0 documentation.

The V5.0 WebSphere Application Server for z/OS Information
Center will be updated to include the following new
WorkSpace messages:

WKSP0023E: Unable to copy file {string} due to exception
Explanation: An exception occurred while copying file {string}.
User Response: Refer to the trace output that accompanies
               this message for more information about the
               root cause.

WKSP1004E: Error - ServerEntry {string} does not have a
           corresponding server in the configuration.
Explanation: The ServerEntry in the serverindex.xml file
             does not have a corresponding server in the
             configuration. This extra ServerEntry will be
             removed from serverindex.xml.
User Response: Check the nested exception for more details.

WKSP1005E: Error - DeployedApplication {string} does not have
           a corresponding deployment.xml in the
           configuration.
Explanation: DeployedApplication in serverindex.xml file does
             not have a corresponding deployment.xml in the
             configuration. This extra DeployedApplication
             will be removed from serverindex.xml.
