In a multiple TCP/IP stack configuration, the application
servant region startup fails.

The application servant region shows the following
failure: SESN0002E: SessionContext:got unknown host exception.
Failed to determine the host internet address.
Followed by: error message: BBOO0220E SESN0002E:
SessionContext:got unknown host exception. Failed to determine
the host internet address. com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.
httpsession.SessionContext
com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.httpsession.
SessionContext
Followed by a trace that contains:
ExtendedMessage: Exception is:
java.security.PrivilegedActionException
java.net.UnknownHostException: <<wrong host name shows here>>

As a result, the administrative console cannot be started.

The host internet address failed to be obtained from the
original code call which caused the Servant Region to fail to
start and the exception thrown.
Problem conclusion
Support was modified such that the getLocalHost method will now
call the AdminHelper getLocalHost method which returns an
instance of the InetAddress instead of the Java
AccessController.doPrivileged method.
