Problem(Abstract)
Error J2CA0091E - An unexpected InterruptedException. Unused and Aged
connections will not be collected.

Cause
Received J2CA0091E error message. Could be caused by a stop issued on a servant process.

Resolving the problem
The error J2CA0091E might be issued when the server is shutdown after a stop command has been issued and the server might be hanging.
Looking closer at the meaning of the J2CA0091E error:
J2CA0091E: An InterruptedException occurred on the Garbage Collector thread.

Explanation: An unexpected InterruptedException occurred on the Garbage Collector thread. J2C processing will continue, however Unused and Aged
connections will not be collected.

User Response: If the problem persists, see problem determination information on the WebSphere Application Server Support page. Verify if the Controller region or Servant region outputs have any additional error messages. If so, then follow a standard procedure seeking explanation and user response for those errors. Also, check if you see any further indication of a problem: abends, crushes or any other unusual behavior.
If message J2CA0091E is following right after the servant process was stopped, this would explain that some unused connections might have not be collected. If no other failures are reported, then the error message J2CA0091E is not significant and should not be a cause for a concern.
