Error description
Customer installed W502000 and attempted to run the
option-7 "Configure v5.0.2 License Agreement Refresher" dialog.
                                                               .
After running option-L "Load customization variables" ,customer
ran option-4 "Generate customization jobs"
                                                               .
Jobs BBOWLDOC and BBOWLIDC had invalid paths in the jobs
generated.
for example /bin instead of /WebSphere/V5R0M0/AppServer/bin
                                                               .
Found that option-4 did not notify the customer that three
variables were blank causing the invalid paths to be included in
the jobs generated.
                                                               .
A local fix for this problem is to select
option-3 "Define variables" to view your variables and hit enter
prior to running option-4 "Generate customization jobs"
The display of that panel will cause 2 of those 3 variables to
be filled in, and hitting enter will cause the 3rd to fill in.

Customers loaded the savecfg variables and then generated
the bbowldoc jobs. They found that the "WAS home directory"
value was wrong.

The Dialog has information in the help for the
"Configure v5.0 License Agreement Refresher" option to tell
the customer to enter a "WAS home directory" value.
Problem conclusion
To prevent this from happening in the future, the Dialog will
be updated to make sure the user looks at the panel titled
"Define variables for configure v5.0 License Agreement
Refresher (1 of 1)" (panelid: BBOWPX11) before allowing the
user to generate the jobs.

APAR PQ82872 requires a change to documentation.
Changes to the WebSphere Application Server Information Center
will be made. To access the latest online documentation, go to
the product library page at:

www.ibm.com/software/webservers/appserv/zos_os390/library/

The change, to Customization Dialog file BBOWHX11 and
Information Center article rins_defvar7def, will read as
follows:

WAS home directory
Directory in which the WebSphere Application Server for z/OS
configuration for which you are running this option resides.

Notes:
  - Even if you loaded variables from a previously saved data
set and a value appears here, it is most likely
incorrect. You need to manually enter the value of the
home directory for the configuration for which you are
    running this option.
  - If you have multiple WebSphere Application Server for z/OS
configurations, you must manually reenter this value and
regenerate the jobs for each one.
