****************************************************************
The customer is unable to easily switch the JAVA_HOME,
due to hardcoded references to the path found in
the control and server region classpath, as well as
jvm options in the control.jvm.options and servant.jvm.options.

To support PRR between a WebSphere Application Server V5.1 for
z/OS and a V5.0 node the WAS_INSTALL_ROOT in node-level
variables must be changed to point to the local recovery node's
mount point name, rather than the peer node's mount point name.
As such all references to WAS_INSTALL_ROOT must be made
symbolic.
Problem conclusion
The node level XML files containing references to
JAVA_HOME and WAS_INSTALL_ROOT have been modified.

APAR PQ89109 is associated with SERVICE LEVEL W502011 of
WebSphere Application Server V5.0 for z/OS.
