Problem(Abstract)
When Enterprise applications are available, they show a status of stopped on the administrative console.

In the application server control region log you will see the following trace entries:

Cause
User Datagram Protocol (UDP) ports are not defined for MultiCast.
 
Resolving the problem
Review the port settings in your TCP/IP definitions, and open the port defined for Multicast .
