Error description
When multiple users are logged into the admin console app,
users may experience a 500 error at the browser.  Closer
inspection of the server joblog will reveal an
IllegalStateException with the following message:

When multiple users are logged onto the Administrative Console
application, users may experience a 500 error in their browser
window:

Message:
java.util.NoSuchElementException
at java.util.AbstactList$ltr.next(AbstractList.java) . . .

An illegal state exception message can be found in the server
job log:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Context has not been prepared
for next connection.
Problem conclusion
The Administrative Console code has been modified to correct the
error.
