Error description
The WebSphere for z/OS Controller address space is leaking
buffers in the LE HEAP. Common large sizes are 4640, 4848, 4968
and 5064.
A Heap Pool Trace was obtained. The common call stack that
obtains these buffers is

Addng a credential to the credential bucket updates the token if

an LTPA token with the same key is already in the table. When
this happens it updates the reference counts on all elements
with the same key, but we did't decrement the reference counts
on all elements appropriately when necessary.

A HEAP pool trace would show storage obtains on these buffers

from many callstacks similar to:

Problem conclusion
The reference counting has been adjusted so it will
decrement all or just the LTPA token elements appropriately when

sending a response.
