Error description
After UDDI successfully installed, server1 failed to start with
the following exception found in the SYSPRINT :-
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
com.ibm.ws390.orb.ServerRegionBridge
.
One of the things that the setupuddi.jacl script specifically
deals with is the ws.ext.dirs property, and it seems there is a
problem in that area.
.
Running the setupuddi.jacl script results in three separate
instances of
-Dws.ext.dir in the servant.jvm.options file:
.
-Dws.ext.dirs=/WebSphere/.../uddiresourcebundles.jar
    from the script
.
-Dws.ext.dirs=/usr/lpp/java/IBM/J1.3/lib:...
    from the VariableSubstitutionEntry
.
    WAS_SERVER_ONLY_default_jvm_options plus some additions

-Dws.ext.dirs=/WebSphere/.../uddicloudscapeuserfunc.jar
    from the script
.
The <jvmEntries> tag in server.xml has three <systemProperties>
entries for name="ws.ext.dirs", which is what setupuddi.jacl
appears to create intentionally, but the transformer does not
appear to merge.

****************************************************************
The setupuddi.jacl script adds additional -Dws.ext.dirs into the
System Properties of the jvm. The Transformer did not correctly
append these together to get a final -Dws.ext.dirs for the
servant.jvm.options files.
Problem conclusion
The Transformer was modified to take the ws.ext.dirs and build
an appended -Dws.ext.dirs in the servant.jvm.options.
