Error description
Customer receives "404" (file not found) errors when attempting
to select several menus from the WebSphere v5 Japanese HELP
panels.  Some of the panels the error is received on include:
  uprf_rmonitorsettings.html (Performance Monitoring Service
      Settings)
  urun_rproclog.html (Process Logs Settings)
  urun_rprocexec.html (Process Execution Settings)
  utrb_jvmlogs.html (JVM Log Settings)

Customer can receive "404" (file not found) error while
selecting help information from the WebSphere v5 Japanese HELP
index.  The problem effects the following links: Process Logs
Settings, Process Execution Settings, Performance Monitoring
Service Settings, JVM Log Settings.
Problem conclusion
The Japanese Help content was corrected to remove links for
unsupported function(Process Logs Settings,Process Execution
Settings, JVM Log Settings). The Japanese and English Help added
content for supported function Performance Monitoring Service
Settings.
