While fixing the reported issue other related storage problems
were found and resolved. There were problems with:
a. the credential bucket hashing and "cached" credentials
being leaked in HEAP POOL 1
b. CSIv2 context creation issues that led to
SupportedSecurities objects being leaked in HEAP POOL 1
Problem conclusion
The hostnames are cleaned up, the hash bucket algorithm was
changed to cleanup in a mark and sweep pattern to clear out
objects that were being "cached" and never freed, and the
process for getting a CSIv2 security context has been updated to
no longer leak SupportedSecurities objects.
