Problem(Abstract)
Having problems starting the Administrative Console.

Resolving the problem
If you have problems starting the Administrative Console, follow these steps:
  1. Check to see if your server came up.

  2. Check for any SSL® problems by searching for the keyword GSK in the logs.

GSK errors are associated with keyrings and certificates and might indicate a problem with them.

  3. Refer to the System SSL Programming manual SC24-590, Chapter 13, for additional information about SSL. This chapter contains information about the meaning of the return code, if one is issued.

  4. Review installation job output for jobs BBOxBRAK and BBOxR2FC for any errors.

  5. If you see message ICH408I issued by RACF®, this might indicate that the server does not have access to ICSF CSFSERV class profiles.

  6. If you see message ICH408I issued by RACF®, this might indicate that the server does not have access to ICSF CSFSERV class profiles.

  7. If ICSF Crypto Hardware is available, but WebSphere® Application Server does not have permission, SYSTEM SSL will stop.
