* and need to be saved, even though *

After navigating to Applications > Enterprise Applications >
application name > Session Management, a message appears at
the top of the workspace indicating, "Changes have been made to
your local configuration. Click Save to apply changes to the
master configuration." However, no changes have been
made. The Administrative Console identifies the application's
deployment.xml file as the changed document.

Similarly, after navigating to Servers > Application Servers >
server name > Web Container > Session Management >
Distributed Environment Settings, and clicking on a link beside
an already selected radio button (e.g., Database), the same
message appears at the top of the workspace; However, no
changes have been made. The Administrative Console identifies
the application's server.xml file as the changed document.
Problem conclusion
Both problems have been fixed. The "Changes have been made ..."
message will no longer appear, and the underlying configuration
files will not be changed, under the conditions described.
