Error description
The daemon ends with system abend code SEC3 reason code
rsn04060012. This indicates that a storage request was
unsatisfied, and the daemon is unable to continue processing.
The dump shows that subpool 132 key 2 has exhausted all of the
user's USER REGION and EXTENDED USER REGION. The subpool 132
storage is filled with the following eyecatchers:
CSRCPEB.ORBR_SML, ORBR, IDL:omg.org/CORBA/WStringValue:1.0,
RMI:. There were approximately 8380 individal DQE elements for
subpool 132 above and below the line. The 3 common DQE sizes
were 7E000, 21000 and 33000 bytes. The blocks of size 7E000
contain the string "CSRCPEB.ORBR_SML" at offset 0x70.
The blocks of size 21000 and 33000 contain GIOP request bodies.
When viewed in ASCII mode, the strings
"IDL:omg.org/CORBA/WStringValue:1.0" and "RMI:" are visible.
Some client ORBs send all requests to the daemon. The daemon
replies to these requests, giving a forwarding IOR back to the
requestor. The daemon is not freeing storage obtained during
the processing of the GIOP request messages it receives.
Local fix
Depending on the client ORB being used, it may be possible to
instruct the ORB to do a LOCATE before sending a request, so
that the request will be directed to the correct server,
instead of the daemon.

****************************************************************
The daemon runs out of private storage because ORB_Request
objects (bbooorbr.cpp) for requests to the daemon are not freed.
This could also happen in a controller region because
ORB_Request objects for fragments are not freed.
Problem conclusion
Update ProcessInboundRequest in bbooboat.cpp to free the
ORB_Request objects.
