Error description
During WebSphere for z/OS initial customization of the integral
JMS server (in server customization panel 2 of 2), 5 digit port
numbers are assigned to the JMS Server Queued Address port,
Direct Address port and Security port. When the queue manager
and channel initiator regions are started, the appserver builds
an operator command to start the listener port:
WMQX START LISTENER PORT(####)
The port is actually 5 digits, the command was built with only
the first 4 digits.
Local fix
Until the official fix is available, use port numbers that are
4 digits or less for JMS Server ports.

Problem conclusion
Modify the port number variable to hold 5 characters and zero
pad port numbers that are not 5 digits long. The command to
start the listener was changed to accommodate a 5-digits port
number.
