*                      Application Server for z/OS, the        *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When an HTTP "Expect: 100-continue" header is received from a
client, an extra HTTP 100 (continue) response header is sent in
the response. This can result in lost output at the client, such
as a blank page, or an apparent "hang" on the browser.
Problem conclusion
The Web Container has been changed not to send more than one
HTTP 100 response header.
