Error description
a) Server Interval Section Number of Communication Sessions:
The description of SM120NCS field says that it contains
the number of communication sessions that exist at the end
   of the interval.
The field for SM120NCS always shows a zero value.
The documentation however is stating that the value
reflecting the number of communication sessions should be
   stored in this field.
Initially, the description was given to serve as a place
holder for a future value: number of server's communication
sessions. There is a disconnect between the design and the
documentation. The documentation should not refer to this
field as it was not intended to be implemented.
.
b) assembler macro needs to be changed to alter the contents of
   the SMF records.
