ADMU2010I and java.io.IOException received
 Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)
ADMU2010I and java.io.IOException; Not authorized to use requested RACF® service during BBOWADDN processing errors issued. You may also see an error similar to the following in your addNode.log:

ADMU2010I: Stopping all server processes for node XXXXX
RACFInputStream caught java.io.IOException: Not authorized to use
requested RACF service error

If the servers on the node specified are already stopped, addNode processing may complete regardless of the error.

Cause
The TSO user ID that the BBOWADDN job was submitted under was not connected to a RACF® keyring. Since the ID was not connected to a keyring, there was no certificate to pass to RACF via the RACFInputStream. Therefore, RACF refused to authorize the stopping of the servers(s).

Resolving the problem
You can resolve this problem by connecting the TSO userid of the person submitting job BBOWADDN to a RACF keyring.
