If the 'parked' ManagedConnection is removed during our
cleanup from an error (ConnectionErrorEvent) and there are
currently Connection handles associated with the connection,
unexpected exceptions will be thrown back to the application.
The most likely symptom of this condition is the following
error:

J2CA0020E: The Connection Pool Manager could not allocate a
Managed Connection: com.ibm.websphere.ce.j2c.ConnectionWaitTimeo
utException: Connection not available, Timed out waiting for x
com.ibm.ejs.j2c.poolmanager.FreePool.createOrWaitForConnection
(FreePool.java(Compiled Code))
com.ibm.ejs.j2c.poolmanager.PoolManager.reserve(PoolManager.java
(Compiled Code))
