Error description
ORB/SSL port assignment is configred during the z/OS
Customization dialog.
In the base system, the correct port assignment is confirmed for
ORB/SSL

federation job BBOWADDN is then run, and the port assignment has
been incremented by 1.

example:

port is set as 9543 for application server ORB/SSL
verified in base system as 9543
after BBOWADDN has been run, the port has been changed to 9544

The Node Federation job (BBOWADDN) causes the modification of
the Application Server's ORB_SSL_LISTENER_ADDRESS port even
though it is configured to be unique. This is not expected
behavior. The job should modify the ports only if a non-unique
port is detected.
Problem conclusion
Code was changed to not modify the port if it is unique.
