Error description
When setting the 'boot classpath' at the admin console for
WebSphere Application Server V5.0 for z/OS, an error will occur
trying to find the entry.. it may be similar to the following:
  SourceId: com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.srt.WebGroup
  Category: ERROR
  ExtendedMessage: ■Servlet Error-■Could not find class:
com.eteks.java2d.PJAGraphicsEnvironment
class: com.eteks.java2d.PJAGraphicsEnvironment
The boot classpath setting currently does not function.
Local fix
set a generic jvm property for the server in the admin console
under the 'Java Virtual Machine' settings.

The panel would save the data but it would not put the classpath
into the servant.jvm.options.  An additional function is needed
to persist the data into the servant.jvm.options.
Problem conclusion
Code was added to pull the bootclasspath into the
servant.jvm.options file.
