* USERS AFFECTED: All users of WebSphere Application Server *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND0C4/ABENDS0C4 in Controller Region *
* from various causes, sometimes leading *
*                      to CPU Loop.                            *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
ABENDOC4 occurred in the Controller Region with the Exception
attributed to ORB_Request::setRemoteOS390SecCtx(SEQUENCE_octet*)
in the CEEDUMP traceback. This ABEND was caused by the deletion
of shared context data while it was in use by another thread.

OC4 occurred in the Controller Region while processing inbound
fragments. A timing window during multi-threaded processing of
inbound fragments led to the premature cleanup of a message
still in use by another thread. If tracing is enabled, the
following exception is present in the Controller Region:
   Description: EncapIIOP::nullDataPtrException()
   Exception: CORBA::INTERNAL
   minor code: ... C9C23102

0C4 occurred in the Controller Region while creating an IOR due
to an unchecked out of memory condition. Exception is attributed
to *PATHNAM/jni_SetPrimitiveArrayRegi in the CEEDUMP traceback.
Problem conclusion
Paths corrected to ensure atomic use of shared resources, and to
verify correct allocation of storage.
