* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
During its initialization, Dynacache issues a JNDI bind for its
default distributedMap cache instance. When this bind is issued
from servant regions that initialize after the first has bound,
a bind exception is issued. This exception is actually ignored,
but it is written out with a System.out.println. If debug
tracing is enabled, the bind exception is logged with a debug
trace as well. The System.out.println message leads to the
false conclusion that there is a functional error.
Problem conclusion
The System.out.println statement has been removed.
