Error description
This customer has a monitoring application which uses PMI. After
the Servant region is recycled (by cancel command), the
following values for connectionPoolModule and threadPoolModule
are incorrect:
   connectionPoolModule.numAllocates
   connectionPoolModule.freePoolSize
   connectionPoolModule.numManagedConnections
   connectionPoolModule.percentMaxed
   connectionPoolModule.poolSize
   threadPoolModule.poolSize
   threadPoolModule.activeThread
Their values become twice. They should be unchanged, same as the
original values.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PMI data for connectionPoolModule and *
*                      threadPoolModule is incorrect after a   *
*                      servant terminates.                     *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The PMI values for numAllocates, freePoolSize,
numManagedConnections, percentMaxed and poolSize (within
connectionPoolModule) are incorrect after a servant terminates.
Additionally, the PMI values for poolSize and activeThread
(within threadPoolModule) are incorrect after a servant
terminates. The values for the terminated servant are being
included in the aggregated totals.
Problem conclusion
PMI was modified to not include the values for terminated
servants when aggregating the connectionPoolModule numAllocates,
freePoolSize, numManagedConnections, percentMaxed and poolSize
values, as well as the threadPoolModule poolsize and
activeThread values.
