APAR status

Error description
In Administration Console, at the top of the menu a LOGOUT
function is selected but it does not lead to authentication.
At this point user should be prompted for authentication.
Local fix
You can use LTPA instead of ICSF authentication.
Problem summary

The cookie associated with ICSF wasn't being set to be deleted.
The code was only checking for LTPA and not considering ICSF
as the authentication mechanism.
Problem conclusion
Support was modified to check to see if ICSF is the
authentication mechanism and set its associated cookie for
deletion if this was the case.
