Error description
When creating a new server using an existing server as a
template, and the existing server is a clustered server, the
new server fails with a message like:
  BBOM0053E FOR ENVIRONMENT VARIABLE server_specific_uuid A
  VALUE MUST BE ASSIGNED
Local fix
Create the new server based on the cluster server in a cluster
of it's own. Also, if you find yourself in this situation,
in the server.xml file for the new server, you will find a
clusterName="..." attribute on the <process:Server...> tag.
Modify this attribute by blanking out the clusterName so
that it reads clusterName="". Then rerun the transformer,
and the was.env will be generated correctly for this server.

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When a server is based on an existing server, that server
becomes the template for the new server. As a result any
cluster remains, specifically the clusterName=".." attribute.
This causes trouble for the transformer which things the server
is clustered and goes looking for the UUID information in the
cluster.xml rather than the server.xml.
Problem conclusion
The problem was fixed by ensuring all new server's created
are not clustered, even if their template claims they are.
Servers that are meant to be clustered are unaffected.
As of this fix clustered servers can be used as templates
for new servers, any servers currently affected this problem
should be removed.
