APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
In BASE configuration, you have two servers: server1 (the
default) and server2 (with generated ports) in the same instance
and installation of WAS using the new perfservlet (
PQ86231)

The only entry logged when calling the perfservlet is the
following in SystemOut:

[1/11/05 0:41:57:910 CET] 41997969 AdminUtilClnt W PMI0018W:
AdminUtilImpl has no ObjectName returned from query:
WebSphere:*,type=Perf,node=T555MF661,process=server2

****************************************************************
The perfservlet application failed to collect performance
data from multiple application servers. When multiple base
application servers are in the same instance and installation
of WebSphere, you may see the following error message
in the JOBLOG of the AppServer running perfservlet:

 Trace: 2005/08/22 11:18:17.838 01 t=8C2088 c=1.1 key=P8 (130070
 FunctionName: com.ibm.websphere.pmi.extutils.AdminUtilClntImpl
 SourceId: com.ibm.websphere.pmi.extutils.AdminUtilClntImpl
 Category: WARNING
ExtendedMessage: PMI0018W: AdminUtilImpl has no ObjectName
 returned from query:
 WebSphere:*,type=Perf,node=<nodename>,process=<servername>

In this case, the connection is still active to the first server
so any subsequent queries to different servers will get the
warning message above.
Problem conclusion
The perfServlet application has been updated to
check for changes to request parameters(host, port,
connector type, user, password) and re-initialize the connection
when changes occur to those parameters.

This APAR also fixes a problem where perfServlet would not
return metrics when using LTPA authentication.

APAR PK11363 is associated with SERVICE LEVEL W502036 of
WebSphere Application Server V5.0 for z/OS.
