Error description
When a Container-managed authentication alias is not specified
for a configured ConnectionFactory or datasource, warning
message J2CA0114W is issued every time the application gets a
connection. Since the absence of a Container-managed
authentication alias is what triggers the use of the new
WebSphere z/OS connector thread identity support provided in

PQ74701, the issuance of the message has a significant impact
on performance when an installation uses the thread identity
support.

issuance of the message has a significant impact on performance
when an installation uses the thread identity support.
Problem conclusion
Connection management processing was modified to only issue
the J2CA0114W warning message for the absence of a Container
managed authentication alias, if the use of
ThreadIdentitySupport is not in effect.
