Specifically, if the user clicks a link in the navigation pane which leads to a detail page, then the user clicks a link on that page which leads to a collection page, then the user clicks on a link or item on that page which leads to a detail page, the breadcrumb link back to the collection page might be incorrect. One example of this is Security > User Registries > Local OS > Custom Properties > property name. On this page, the breadcrumb path at the top of the page is: Local OS User Registry > Custom Properties > The Custom Properties link is not correct. Another example is System Administration > Deployment Manager > HTTP transports > host. The breadcrumb path on this page is: dmgr > HTTP Transport > The HTTP Transport link is not correct. (MD20282) While installing an application with the Administrative Console, if the user chooses to browse the file system, then cancels or clicks OK without selecting a file, a NullPointerException occurs. This is not seen on the Administrative Console, but appears in the Deployment Manager's SYSPRINT. The stack trace looks similar to this: java.lang.NullPointerException at com.ibm.ws.console.appmanagement.controller.UploadController. processResults(UploadController.java:104) at com.ibm.ws.console.core.controller. BrowseRemoteResultsController.perform (BrowseRemoteResultsController.java:95) (MD20575) WebSphere Application Server for z/OS control region or server region runs out of memory. The dump shows there are thousands of objects in the heap with an eyecatcher of ORBK. (MD20612) On the Administrative Console the JAVA_HOME for a give node is found at the Node level. The customer is unable to easily switch the jvm for running WebSphere due to hard coded references to the Javaservice level set in the node level variables.xml. This occurs when the given node has been newly customized.Problem conclusion APAR PQ97012 fixes the following defect in WebSphere Application Server V5.0 for z/OS. (MD19469) The JSP that lays out the title section of a detail page was discarding the resourceUri value when a link in the navigator pane was clicked, which made it unavailable when the link for the next page was built. The JSP was changed to preserve the resourceUri value. (MD20282) Code was corrected to recognize that nothing was selected and not try to process a null file name. (MD20575) Java_com_ibm_ws390_orb_ORB_getContainerKey in bboojorb.cpp was not freeing storage that it obtained for the object key on all exit paths. (MD20612) The customization dialog has been updated to allow the JVM service level to be changed. APAR PQ97012 is associated with SERVICE LEVEL W502018 of WebSphere Application Server V5.0 for z/OS.Temporary fix Comments
