The explanation for the CC3/00020001indicates that SBBOLPA should be in LPA or STEPLIB, however in the "Getting Started" documentation the following is indicated, . SBBOLPA WebSphere for z/OS data set that you installedthrough SMP/E. It has members that shouldgo into the link list or LPA . The above should be corrected to indicate that SBBOLPA can be placed in LPA or STEPLIB.
