Error description
When APPL profile is defined for CBS390 domain, it incorrectly
'forces' CBS390 to be used rather than the domain that customer
wanted. This customer wanted to use CELL1 as a domain.
Also domainType needs to be verified if it gets set properly.
Local fix
Define an APPL profile CBS390 and permit all your servers in
all your cells and security domains to have read access to it.

Security code that checks APPL profiles uses CBS390 instead of
the security domain short name for authentication checks. If
APPL profile CBS390 is active and servers are not granted
access, authentication will fail and the server will not start.
Problem conclusion
Processing was changed to use the security domain short name
for APPL profile checks.
