When editing Process Definition settings for application servers
or node agents, an incorrect version of the page is sometimes
presented or a NullPointerException can occur. For application
servers (Servers > Application Servers > servername > Process
Defintions), the following errors can occur:

* For both Control and Servant, clicking the Apply button
results in a NullPointerException.
* For Servant, clicking any of the additional properties, then
clicking OK from that property's page returns to a page with
four additional properties shown instead of the two that should
be shown.

For node agents (System Administation > Node Agents > nodeagent
name > Process Definitions), the following error can occur:
* Clicking the Apply button results in a NullPointerException.
Problem conclusion
The code and XML files related to Process Defintion for
application servers and node agents were updated to flow to the
correct page without throwing an exception.
