Error description
When the Security domain identifier is enabled as part of the
new function in W502000 ("multi-node" configuration), and the
cell name string exists somewhere in the WebSphere
configuration root path, the following error may occur:file://

enabled in the ISPF Customization Dialogs, or at the Admin
Console.

Problem conclusion
There was an error in the Transformer when searching for
included files that was triggered by having the cell long name
appear twice in the path to required file.  The transformer
was modified to search for the file without parsing strings.
