1. Does the server start as root?
  • Yes - See Mustgather for Server start/stop problems
  • No - continue to next question


2. Does the primary group of the user have access to files?
3. Is the WebSphere Application Server install part of a separate filesystem?
4. Do errors ADMR0104E, ADMA7002E or ADMA7005E appear in the SystemOut.log?
