Error description
Enable performance fix for caching JNDI lookup of JCA
connectionFactories.  If an updated resource adapter or
updated generated code from WebSphere Studio Application
Developer Integration Edition is used then the following two
exceptions may occur when running Integration Edition
generated code:
- java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/wsif/providers/jca/WSIFProviderJCAExtensions2
- javax.resource.spi.IllegalStateException: CTG9617E: ECI
connection closed.

The iFix for 
PQ82123 was built incorrectly (the iFix only
contained wsif.jar but should have also contained wsif-j2c.jar
.
Note that the fixes for 
PQ82123 that are included in V5.0.2
Service Pack 4, and in V5.1.0 Service Pack 1 are both OK.
Problem conclusion
The iFix will be repackaged under this APAR.
