Error description
The template -> external cache adapter link relies on
ExternalCacheFragments stored in ExternalCacheServices.java,
but those are only created for whole pages (i.e. not for ESI
fragments).

ExternalCacheServices.java must be modified to send the list
of template invalidations to
ExternalCacheAdapter.invalidateIds()

Updated the module to pass the ids to ExternalCacheServices.
