APAR status Closed as program error. Error description When installing Tivoli Performance viewer only, a jar file needed for the wsadmin function is not installed. The jaas.jar file is needed in the WAS_HOME/java/jre/lib/ext directory.Local fix Copy the jaas.jar file from a complete install.Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Customers who install Tivoli Performance * * Viewer * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Due to a bad package of WebSphere * * Application Server 5.0 CD, some jar * * files were not being installed on * * the customers' machines * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** This fix makes sure that those jar files are copied into the customers' machinesProblem conclusion The jar files are now correctly placed on the customer's machinesTemporary fix Comments
