Error description
Trying to run application called MDB.ear, which tests
AutoRequestEncoding and autoResponseencoding. Application runs
fine on 5.0 and 5.0.1 using DBCS characters. However, when
passing DBCS characters using the application on 5.0.2, I get
garbage.

* that caused the Web container to *

After applying Fix
PQ72756, if a user sets autoRequestEncoding
or autoResponseEncoding to true, DBCS input in an HTML form is
not converted correctly in the JVM, the output is misrepresented
with '???' characters.
Problem conclusion
The code in the Web container that parses an input character was
modified so that the parsing would occur properly when
autoRequestEncoding or autoResponseEncoding is set to true.
