When opening the IBM HTTP Server administrative console, you receive the error, "Your browser had trouble loading Java."
 Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)
One of the prerequisites for using the IBM® HTTP Server administrative console is that your browser support the use of Java™ applets. You will receive this error message if there is no Java plug-in installed for the browser.

Cause
The message that is encountered is the standard message that is given if a Java plug-in is not installed for use with the browser. The browser plug-in must be installed in order for the browser to leverage any sites that use Java applets.

Resolving the problem
The preferred browser plug-in of your system administrators should be installed in order to gain functionality of the IBM HTTP Server administrative console. Once that is installed, this error message should go away. There is no specific recommendations on which one you should use, but the functionality is fairly standard and any installation that allows you to run Java applet code should be sufficient.
