Error description
Abstract:Application server locks up with threads in socketWrite
Desc: A defect in the plugin to application server
connection cleanup code could cause connections to be orphaned
when ESI is enabled. Each orphaned connection can potentially
tie up the appserver thread, until all of the threads are
exhausted.

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
A defect was introduced with the introduction of ESI to
the plugin source code that made it so connection cleanup
code was not called for some requests that experienced
early connection closes. This would cause a build up
of orphaned connections between the application server
and the plugins that could eventually result in the
application server hanging up with all of it's worker
threads hanging in socketWrite calls.
Problem conclusion
The cleanup code was repaired for the ESI case, so the
connections will no longer be orphaned in exceptional
cases.
