Error description
In the JSP implementation, the default buffer size for
BodyContentImpl is 8K. In later version (V6.X) the buffer size

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Each tag body consumes 8KB memory *
* even if most are very small. This *
* causes large memory consumption for *
* a web application which uses lots of *
*                      body tags.                              *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The default body content buffer was 8KB.
Problem conclusion
Reduced the default buffer size to 512 bytes, which suits most
body tags. This change should improve memory consumption.

The fix should be in 5.0.2.11 and 5.1.1.5.
