Closed as program error.
Error description
when a cluster is created from an existing server wrong node
name is being passed to AppManagementMBean's
serverChangedToCluster method.
The problem does NOT happen all the time as it took me a few
attempts to get this to fail.
Local fix
No Localfix or WorkAround available.

Clusters are created using the wrong node's server when nodeA
and nodeB both have a server with the same name
Problem conclusion
Provided GUI side checking for the node name for the server
chosen to be the template for the Cluster.
Temporary fix
Sent to L2 and available on
PQ99999.
