* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The plugin marks an appserver as down *
* when the client takes longer than the *
* IOTimeout to send POST content. *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The plugin is mistakenly marking an appserver down when the
client takes longer than the IOTimeout to send the POST content.
Flushing the output buffer once the headers have been sent to
the appserver will disengage the IOTimeout so the appserver
does not close the connection.
Problem conclusion
Flushed the output buffer after the request headers are written
to the appserver to ensure that the headers are sent to the
appserver immediately to disengage the IOTimeout.
