Problem(Abstract) |
If attempts to logon to an HTTP Session with a local
userid that has administrator authority fail due to insufficient
authorization, you may need to set some additional user privileges. |

Resolving the
problem |
Having administrator authority is not necessarily enough.
There are several privileges required for users on a Windows® system, and
they differ depending on whether or not the machine is a member of a
Windows domain or not.
