Error description
164803 Defect Details:
Plugin is truncating the parameters on a esi:include url. For
  example, if /test/servlet1 includes
/tests/servlet2?arg1=1000 and both the servlets are
edgecacheable, esi plugin receives a reponse
  for servlet1 with <esi:include src="/tests/servlet2?arg1=1000>
in it. But when plugin processes the esi:include and sends a
request for servlet2 it is truncating the parameters in the
  url
Local fix
No work around

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The plugin was truncating the query *
* parameters specified within the URL. *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The plugin was truncating the parameters on an esi:include URL.
For example, if /test/servlet1 includes
/tests/servlet2?arg1=1000 and both the servlets are
EdgeCacheable, the Edge Side Include ( ESI ) plugin receives a
response for servlet1 with
<esi:include src="/tests/servlet2?arg1=1000> in it. When the
plugin processes the esi:include and sends a request for
servlet2 it was truncating the parameters in the URL.
Problem conclusion
The plugin code has been enhanced so that query parameters
within the URL are not truncated.
