Invocation of web service via JAX-RPC fails when issued from
an EJB. Same invocation succeeds when run from a servlet.
Problem conclusion
The ServerConfigurationFactory.newFactory() method is changed
so it doesn't think that the current module contains a
META-INF/webservices.xml file.
