Memory Leak in Dynacahe when enabled causing OutOfMemoryErrors

A slow memory leak can ocurr when using Dynamic Cache in a
replicated environment ( DRS ).
Problem conclusion
The code was modified to reduce the set of partition keys
passed from Dynamic Cache to DRS. This will prevent the slow
memory leak in the replicated environment.
This fix is scheduled for inclusion in 5.02.10 and 5.1.1.4.
