This document describes the information to gather when a
problem occurs with the Collector, Log Analyzer, or FFDC problem
determination tools.

Collector specific MustGather information
- Describe the problem you are having including exception stacks if
possible.
- Send a copy of setupCmdLine.sh(bat).
- Follow instructions to send
diagnostic information to IBM support.
LogAnalyzer and showLog specific MustGather information
- Describe the problem you are having. Include exception stacks if
possible.
- Send a copy of setupCmdLine.sh(bat).
- Send a copy of the log causing the problem with the LogAnalyzer.
- Follow instructions to send
diagnostic information to IBM support.
FFDC specific MustGather information
- Describe the problem you are having. Include exception stacks if
possible.
- Send in the output of the Collector tool, making sure it includes the
FFDC directory.
- Follow instructions to send
diagnostic information to IBM support.
