Error description
Under stress, the webserver IBM HTTP Server restarts itself due
to segmentation fault in the plug-in module. This happens only
when ESI (Edge Side Include) is enabled and cache overflow
occurs

*                      caching is enabled.                     *

When there is a cache over flow ESI caching was bypassed
in all cases.

This resulted in some internal headers not getting
computed correctly resulting in a restart.

Instead ESI should be bypassed only if the current request
is same as the original user request.
Problem conclusion
Edge Side Include (ESI) caching is processed correctly so that
it is not bypasssed in all cases.
