- Keeping selfCorrection feature, but will only call it in
update() method of WorkSpaceMasterRepositoryAdapter class. This
will minimize the window of any protential concurrent
administration problems.

- Moving the invocation of selfCorrection call post
checkMerge() method, so the serverindex.xml can be successfully
merged before calling selfCorrection.

- Found out an EMF getResource caching problem and the
workaround is one of the key points to resolving the
DocumentChangedException, since it causes serverindex merge
logic to failed.

- NullPointerException in getContentObject() method. Workspace
will catch this NullPointerException and continue the
selfCorrection function of removing this unused
deployedApplication entry.

- Administrative console gets into infinite save notification
loop.

- An additional problem has been found in the copyFile()
method of FileAccessorUtil class, which opens an InputStream
but does not close it at the end of copyFile(). This will cause
an unused workspace directory under "wstemp".
Problem conclusion
Backported the major defect fixes from version 6.0

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
cumulative fix 5.02.12 and 5.1.1.5.
