When stopping an application through dmgr Admin console, an error is issued

Problem(Abstract)
When customer tries stopping an application via dmgr Admin Console, the
following error message is displayed on the top of Admin Console. "The operation on <application_name> did not complete in the expected a mount of time. It may have completed successfully. Check the logs for details."
 
Cause
Response time does not return in 3 minutes which causing admin console to display with following message.

Message: "The operation on <application_name> did not complete in the expected a mount of time. It may have completed successfully. Check the logs for details."

 
Resolving the problem
Here is the explanation of the scenario. When a stop of an application is issued through Admin Console, It initiates the process and waits for 3 minutes per server to receive a response on the status of the command (was the stop successful or failure) If the response does not arrive with in the specified 3 minutes a timeout occurs and the message seen by the client is issued in admin console.
