Users were not being informed of a number of things that could
happen, by them applying the service pack they are applying
1) Users with ifixes on their install were not being informed
that by applying the service pack they would/could be losing
functionality those fixes were providing
2) Users with test files (or any files) in their classes
directory, were not being informed that the files in there
could interfere with the install they are currently doing
Problem conclusion
A new panel was added to provide the user with some needed
information about what could happen by them updating their
product. The new panel informs the user if they have any files
in their classes directory, that those files could possibly
interfere with the install. Since many users keep test files in
their classes directory. Lastly, if the users has any ifixes
installed on their system, and none/some of the ifixes are not
part of the service pack being applied, then the user will be
informed that by applying the service pack you will loose
any functionality the select ifixes were providing.
