Problem(Abstract) |
When selecting an application in the WebSphere®
Administrative Console and clicking Stop, you receive an error
message. |
|
|
|
Cause |
If you receive the following error message, there might
still be process instances running that belong to the business process
template in your enterprise application.
|
|
|
Resolving the
problem |
You can use the Process Choreographer Web client to
terminate all process instances:
- Start the Web client by going to "http://localhost:9080/bpe/webclient"
in a Web browser.
- Click Define Process Instance List in the navigation bar of the
Web client.
- Type the name of the process template contained in your enterprise
application in the Template Name field.
- Click Show List. A list of all process instances of your
process templates appears.
- Select all instances.
- Click Terminate.
- Select all instances
- Click Delete.
If there are several process templates in your enterprise application,
repeat these steps for process instances belonging to each of the
templates. Then, try again to stop your enterprise application. |
