Steps to help resolve Application Deployment issues
- Using the Administrative Console:
For general information on deploying an enterprise application into
an Application Server using the Administrative Console, check this
WebSphere Application Server Information Center:
- Are you getting a was.policy warning message during
application deployment?
- Are you getting an ADMA8019E error message when mapping
resources?
- Yes, there are two APARs that fix this problem, PK05801
and PK09468.
If you are receiving the preceding error, but it does not match your
stack, continue to the What to do
next section.
- No, continue to the next question.
- Are you getting a WSWS3469E error message when deploying your
application with Deploy Web Services enabled?
For version 5.0 and 5.1 only:
- Are you having problems with the Administrative Console itself?
- Are you getting a DeploymentDescriptorLoadException error
during the deploy process?
- Are you getting a DeploymentDescriptorLoadException error
during the deploy process?
- Does the application deployment fail with the error message
ADMA0093E?
- Do you see the NoClassDefFoundError message when deploying a
Web services application?
- Using wsadmin scripting:
