Webcast replay: Discovery and Synchronization Design for WebSphere Application Server
 Education

Abstract
This WebSphere Support Technical Exchange conducted on 15 September 2005, presented by James Kochuba, is designed to education users about the discovery and synchronization design for WebSphere Application Server. Abstract is below:

The dynamic eBusiness On-Demand world requires software products to be more complex and componentized eliminating a single point of failure. WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment Manager separates the system administration into multiple servers using the discovery and synchronization protocols to communicate between the processes.

This session reviews the design of both discovery and synchronization protocols. The session will show the client the interaction between each process and why simple administrative issues are seen. Finally the session will walk through tracing and debugging if an issue were to arise.
