Problem(Abstract)
The first parameter to the PAC-LDAP plugin Authorization directive must contain a URL template that starts at the document root ( / ) if you are using Caching Proxy as a reverse proxy.
 
Resolving the problem
When using Caching Proxy as a reverse proxy, the first parameter to the PAC-LDAP plugin Authorization line should contain a URL template that starts at the document root ( / ).
The following are valid examples for configuring the Authorization directive:
Authorization /* /usr/lib/libpacwte.so:pacwte_auth_policy

Authorization /test/* /usr/lib/libpacwte.so:pacwte_auth_policy
