* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Session objects created during a *
* database failure would be deleted if *
* accessed after the database recovered. *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
During a database failure, any newly created session was simply
stored in the in memory cache and was not stored to the
database. Once the database came back up if the session was
accessed by an application it was being removed from the cache
and the application would be returned a null value or a new
session depending on how the application is coded.
Problem conclusion
With this fix, the sessions created during a database failure
will be returned from the session manager cache and also will
be stored to the database once the database recovers.
