Problem summary
****************************************************************
* USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server users *
* attempting to create clusters using the *
* Administrative console *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Create a new cluster name - clusterB *
* then clusterB-server1 member on *
* node xyz. This adds the member in the *
* list. *
* *
* If on the same screen you create a *
* second member - clusterB-server1 on *
* node abc and then apply, this will *
* replace the clusterB-server1 on node *
* xyz to clusterB-server1 on node *
* abc. *
* *
* If you just create one member *
* then exit out and go back to create *
* the second member this does work. *
* *
* The problem occurs only when trying *
* to add cluster members with the same *
* name across different nodes . *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
The problem is occuring because checks for duplicate names
are done on servernames alone and not with NodeName and
servername combined, which will make the serverName unique.
Problem conclusion
This fix takes care of making the servername unique, by
combining the nodeName and serverName.
