Application Server removes the content-Length header with the
presence of a Content-Encoding header. However, some customers
need to keep the content-length header.
Problem conclusion
Customers can set a JVM webcontainer custom property
keepcontentlength=true to keep the content-Length header. The
default value of property keepcontentlength is false.
