Error description
For certain operations on a ManagedConnectionFactory involving
Java reflection, an InvocationTargetException is reported. It
would be more helpful to report the underlying exception to
assist problem determination.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: InvocationTargetException is reported *

****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
A catch clause was added to several spots where reflection is
used in J2C/JCA code. The new clause will catch
InvocationTargetException and extract the underlying Throwable
for reporting with the error message. This will cover the
cases where such processing is not done by code higher in
the call stack.
Problem conclusion
J2CXAResourceFactory was modified to catch the
InvocationTargetException as a special case to make sure the
underlying exception is clearly reported.
