Error description
When
PQ89614 set autoResponseEncoding, it accidently reset
request encoding. This will cause problems.

PQ89614 may reset request reader encoding. This may cause some
jsp's to fail.
Problem conclusion
Code has been corrected. It will not touch user request
encoding if you are using autoResponseEncoding.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
5.02.10 and 5.1.1.4. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
