Local fix Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED: All users of Websphere Application Server *
* who use Session Memory to memory replication *
* or Websphere Dynamic cache with cache *
* replication enabled. *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Data replication between peer Session *
* Manager caches or Dynamic caches breaks *
* if the connected replicator is brought *
* down and is unable to recover. *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
When a connected replicator is brought down, the Session
Manager doing memory to memory replication or the Dynamic
cache should connect to an alternate replicator, if one is
available. Thus it is able to keep replication going, thereby
avoiding a single point of failure. This failure recovery is
seen to be breaking and is fixed by this bugfix.
