* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Web Applications will fail to start *

* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
This problem was caused by the fact that Application Server did
not set servlet into servlet meta data used by the debug filter.
Problem conclusion
Code has been changed so that it sets the servlet reference
into the servlet meta data and that resolves the problem.
Temporary fix
The solution to this problem has been delivered in WebSphere
Application Server V5.0.2.7, V5.1.0.5 and V5.1.1.
Also, directions for disabling the debugger service are
provided in technote:
http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&context=SSEQTP&uid
