A transaction timeout shows up in the EJB server logs, but is
not reported to the EJB client.

The client does not receive exception when the transaction was
rolled back by WebSphere.
Problem conclusion
This fix gives the clients the ability to detect system caused
transaction rolled back exception. The change does not require
any programming change by the client code.
Temporary fix
provided temporary fix to customer.
