AccessLogExcludeUserAgent definitions exist by default
 Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)
The ibmproxy.conf file contains AccessLogExcludeUserAgent definitions to WebSphere Edge Component Load Balancer advisors.

Resolving the problem
The ibmproxy.conf file contains the following definitions for the AccessLogExcludeUserAgent directive by default:
AccessLogExcludeUserAgent IBM_Network_Dispatcher_HTTP_Advisor
AccessLogExcludeUserAgent IBM_Network_Dispatcher_WTE_Advisor

The User-Agents listed are those defined for certain WebSphere Edge Component Load Balancer advisors that typically sit in front to the WebSphere Edge Component Caching Proxy Server. To improve performance by minimizing the number of writes to the log, these user-agents are not logged.

Note: The Caching Proxy Administration Guide (Document number: GC09-4601-00) indicates that the default for this directive is None, which is incorrect.
