![]() APAR status Closed as program error. Error description Programmatic ws_ant calls may fail if Java system properties are not set.Local fix Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Users who programmatically call ws_ant on * * OS/400 and users of WebSphere Commerce * * Suite on iSeries * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Programmatic ws_ant calls may fail if * * the required Java system properties * * are not set. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** ws_ant relies on various Java system properties which may not be set in cases of programmatic use. If not set, ws_ant functions may fail.Problem conclusion Remove reliance on Java system properties instance.name and user.install.root. Usage of the <instance> tag is now supported. This change integrates the ws_ant changes for OS/400 into multiplatforms. These changes are already in the WAS for iSeries 5.1 product -- iSeries customers do not need to acquire this fix.Temporary fix Comments
