Error description A transaction timeout shows up in the EJB server logs, but is not reported to the EJB client.Local fix Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server Developers * * trying to detect Transaction Rollback * * Exception on the client side. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Client does not get Transaction * * Rollback exception. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** The client does not receive exception when the transaction was rolled back by WebSphere.Problem conclusion This fix gives the clients the ability to detect system caused transaction rolled back exception. The change does not require any programming change by the client code.Temporary fix provided temporary fix to customer.Comments
