* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When an error happens early enough, the attempted dump of FFDC
data by the WorkQueueManager encounters a NullPointerException.
This breaks the FFDC path and is logged as the invocation
exception.
Problem conclusion
Proper null checks are performed in the FFDC dump paths now
to protect against the early failures.

This fix is targeted for Extended Deployment 5.1.0.3 and
is already fixed in Application Server version 6.0.2 and
higher.
