On Linux, Load Balancer's nat configuration routes packets with no return address configured
 Technote (FAQ)

Question
On Linux® machines, when using Dispatcher's nat forwarding method, if the return address is not configured on the machine, Load Balancer continues to forward packets from the server to the client.

Cause
Load Balancer intercepts Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) requests for all defined return addresses to support collocated nat configurations on Linux systems, whether the ARP requests are configured on the machine or not. Load Balancer responds to the requests as if they are configured. This means that even if the return address is not configured on the machine, packets from the server are routed to the Load Balancer machine.

Answer
When configuring Dispatcher's nat forwarding method on Linux systems, the return address must be configured on the Dispatcher machine, unless the server is a collocated Dispatcher machine.
