Abstract |
A wide range of documents are published on the IBM®
WebSphere® Application Server Support site. These documents, including
technotes, fixes, and closed APARs, are designed to help you solve
problems and use the software more effectively.
Documents for releases that are no longer supported are moved to the
information center. |

Information centers for out-of-service releases will
remain available on http://www.ibm.com
for XXX years after end of service. In an effort to simplify access
to out service releases, while simplifying search for supported releases
on the Support page.
Documents are created to help you find and download the packaged release
contents. Example:
After end of service plus one year, all content specific to the release is
packaged as an Eclipse help plug-in, then added to the information center
for that release. The information centers are searched from the Support
page, so the content is still accessible and searchable. Example:
Content moved includes:
- Technotes,
- Downloads,
- APARs and
- Other technical publications
Example:
Note: Fixes on the FTP server will remain in place.
Releases moved to the information center:
