Error description Replication service not working on a server configured to run in the Server Only Mode for storing sessions.Local fix Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server -- Session * * Manager Users * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Replication Service Not Working on a * * Server Configured to run in Server * * Only Mode * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** The Session Manager can be configured to run in the Server Only Mode serving as a store for sessions created in other JVM's. If the server did not contain any web modules, the session replication service was not getting initialized causing session replication to fail.Problem conclusion This problem has been fixed and the session manager initializes even if no web modules are deployed on the server with the session manager running in the Server Only Mode.Temporary fix Comments
