****************************************************************
java.utilDate is currently being mapped to xsd:dateTime and
the customer would like it mapped to xsd:date.
Problem conclusion
The serializer was changed to map java.util.Date to xsd:date.

This new behavior is controlled by a JVM custom property:
com.ibm.ws.webservices.useDateFormat

The default behavior is the original behavior of mapping to
xsd:dateTime

If this property is set to true, the behavior will change the
mapping to xsd:date.

This fix is currently targetted for fixpack 5.1.1.15.
