Resolving the
problem |
One possibility as to why your EAR file is not present is
because your application deployment descriptor does not specify
enableDistribution="true".
This flag is specified as part of the application installation procedure
in the administrative console, and is stored as a property in the
install_root/config/cells/cell_name/applications/application_name/deployment.xml
file.
The flag can be set from the Administrative Console,
- Applications > Enterprise Applications > <application_name>
- Check the box for Enabled Distribution.
- Click OK
For more details on why your application files are not present on all of
your nodes and how to resolve this problem, see the section listed, Application
files are not present on all nodes (located in the WebSphere
Application Server V5.1 Information Center). |
