Error description
When using the 'Publish WSDL' function in the adminconsle app
for a particular webservice application, the wsdlsoap:address
element is never updated in the returned WSDL file(s), despite
specifying a 'Custom HTTP URL prefix' in the panel.

When using the 'Publish WSDL' function in the administrative
consle application for a particular webservice application,
the wsdlsoap:address element is never updated in the returned
WSDL file(s), despite specifying a 'Custom HTTP URL prefix' in
the panel.
Problem conclusion
The element is now updated in the deployment descriptors.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in fixpack 5.0.2.17.
