Error description
When Deflate function
is used in 2.0.42, ap_rflush(req) call, following
ap_rwrite(content,length, req), failed, and no data was sent to
client. IHS returns error 500 or internal server error to
client.

Problem summary
Mod_deflate generated incomplete responses to c
lients when large files were deflated in chunks with intervening
 flushes (in this case WAS called ap_rflush after each 64k buffe
r).
Problem conclusion Temporary fix
Apply e-fix PQ78925 or disable compression.
