Closed as program error.

Error description
When using a heavily loaded server, asynchronous beans may not
be driven. This problem was discovered internally by IBM when
performing stress testing of asynchronous beans.

In the BoundedBuffer class, which keeps track of Runnables,
a synchronization error may occur when putting an object into
the buffer.
Problem conclusion
The class BoundedBuffer will be updated to correct the
synchronization error that has been identified.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
5.1.1.4. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
