* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
After migration, if the users 4.x.x adminconsole application
was setup to use URLRewriting, their adminconsole in 5.0.x
would not work. This only happens when the user chooses
migration as an option of install. The reason adminconsole
does not work is that it requires cookies as the session
mechanism because of the use of struts.
Problem conclusion
A JACL script has been created that will update the
adminconsole deployment.xml.  This update will
cause the adminconsole to user cookies as its
session mechanism.
