Error description
In cluster environment, PM needs to set the flag to indicate
that CMR
needs to be reset in ejbLoad when calling ejbCreate.  Otherwise,
IllegalStateException may be thrown due to old CMR references.

Local fix Problem summary

environment, otheriwse users may get the IllegalStateException.
Problem conclusion
PM will set a flag in ejbCreate to indicate that the old CMR
references will be removed.  Otherwise, IllegalStateException
may be thrown in cluster environment.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in fixpack 5.0.2.18.
