Closed as program error.

Error description
The customer sees several occurrences of the following error
message in his plugin log file:

ERROR: ws_server_group: serverGroupNextRoundRobinServer: Failed
to find a server; all could be down or have reached the maximum
connections limit
.
He states that the context of this message is inadequate to use
for debugging because there is no indication which server,
cluster or server group could be down or at the maximum
connections limit.  He feels that for these messages to be of
value, they should include the entity that is being reported on.
