Error description Line continuation "\" is not working in "wsadmin"Local fix Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server users who run * * the wsadmin client * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Line continuation "\" is not working * * in "wsadmin" * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** If wsadmin command is not on one line but separated by the "\" line continuation character, wsadmin does not interpret the character correctly and treat the separate lines as intended. For example the following wsadmin command does not work: set provider1 [$AdminConfig create JDBCProvider $serverId \ {{classpath $db2Classpath} \ {implementationClassName \ COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.DB2ConnectionPoolDataSource} \ {name $db2ProviderName} \ {description $db2Description}}]Problem conclusion The fix resolved the problem with wsadmin not correctly interpreting the line continuation "\" character in the command line.Temporary fix sent fix test as part of 4-18 SM Cumulative FixComments
