APAR status
Closed as program error.
Error description
The real file name web.xml.orig collides with a temp file of
the same name while a enterprise app is being uninstalled,
and causes filenotfound exception.
Customer has web app with web-inf directory containing these
files, among others:
web.xml
web.xml.orig
When attempting to uninstall, a filenotfound exception occurs:

Portal_war\Portal.war\WEB-INF\web.xml.orig
There appears to be a collision with a temporary file using the
same name as an existing file web.xml.orig
Local fix Problem summary

Problem conclusion
Modified workspace code to use a different suffix for digest
