Error description
WebSphere Status area of Administrative console:
The breadcrumbtrail "back" option (not the back button) under
the runtime event messages browser window causes incorrect page
numbers when used.

When multiple pages available under WebSphere Configuration
Problems, if a message is selected from the listing and
expanded, and then the "back" option used to return to the
message listing, the page numbers are invalid.

If the selected message is on the 1st page, the page number
changes to 0 (page 0, n pages). If the selected message is on
the last page (n of n), it's incremented (page n+1 of n).
