Error description
Problem Description:
The WebSphere security classes are throwing "SECJ" errors in the
SystemOut logs of the app servers whenever a user fails to
authenticate (ie. they type a bad password) against a back end
system. We need a way to supress these because they are
filling logs.

Local fix Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The userid/password authentication *
* failures fill up the Systemout.log. *

When many users have their userid/password failures,
an exception is raised and is written to Systemout.log
thus filling the log file.
Problem conclusion
The exceptions were routed to ffdc logs.
