****************************************************************
When you stop then restart a web application without stopping
Application Server, the class loader associated to the web
application does not release and thus causes a memory leak.
Problem conclusion
WarClassLoader and its associated classes do not get
released when the web application stops. This fix nulled the
reference to the class loader so that the class loader can be
Garbage Collected.
The fix for this APAR is included in 5.02.11 and currently
targeted for inclusion in 5.1.1.6.
