When the problem occurs, the log files show that the install
fix counter is greater than the total fix number. This was
caused by the ifixes being uninstalled impacting the fixpack
counter resulting in incorrect values in the log files.
Problem conclusion
The counter had no influence on the install of the fixpack.
The incorrect fix numbers in the log file have been removed
and users will not see this incorrect counter.
