Error description
When servlet filters are setup with closely related paths,
the filter do not behave as expected.

Applicaiton Server did not properly follow the serlvet URI
mathching rule to do the filter URI match.
Problem conclusion
Changed the filter URI match rule to follow the servlet URI
match.
This fix is targeted to be included in 5.0.2.11 and 5.1.1.5.
