APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
Using the generated bean that represents data type some "get"
methods do not have corresponding "set" methods. These are
read-only properties and thus do not have a setter. Because
of that generated code cannot be deployed as WebService.
According to WebServices Runtime team, for code to be
deployed correctly as WebService all "get" methods must have
corresponding "set" methods.
