Problem summary
worker mpm had problem that could lead to
storage overlay when the set of child processes is quickly
changing (e.g., when customer has small value for
MaxRequestsPerChild)...  this storage overlay could cause the
IHS parent process to exit on Linux, leading to a web server
outage
Problem conclusion Temporary fix
disable child process exiting in httpd.conf by
setting MaxRequestsPerChild=0 and setting child process parms
to keep a fixed set of child processes for life of serve
