Error description
After restarting a nodeagent, clients accessing the cluster see
the following error:
org.omg.CORBA.OBJECT_NOT_EXIST: vmcid: IBM minor code: C02
completed: No
If the AppServers on the same node are restarted, the client is
again able to connect to the server. The AppServers being
restarted have a hard-coded ORB_LISTENER_ADDRESS.

Problem summary
****************************************************************
* USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server users of *
* WorkloadManagement (WLM), or Clustering *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Incorrect parsing of serverindex.xml *
* gives rise to application servers *
* being included in the LSD lists, and *
* therefore unltimately to be included *
* in the AlternateIIOPAddress. *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
This can give rise to problems with non-java clients, but
these extra entries in the LSD list can also cause WLM to
route requests to non-LSDs (like application servers) which
can, in turn, lead to CORBA errors such as BAD_SERVER_ID(2)
and/or OBJECT_NOT_EXIST
Problem conclusion
Fixed the code that parses the serverindex.xml to only include
entries from nodeagents
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in fixpack 5.0.2.11 and 5.1.1.4
