Error description
An Event Listener registered with an Event Source at the maximum
sequence value, EventSource.MAX_LISTENER_SEQUENCE_VALUE will be
 ignored by the Event Source
Local fix
Register the listener using a lower sequence value.

JMXBroadcaster.java is incorrectly processing the priority
list when processing events.  It is failing to notify
listeners which are registered at MAX_LISTENER_SEQUENCE_VALUE.
Problem conclusion
The code has been fixed to correctly notify all listeners.

The fix for this APAR was targeted for inclusion
in fixpack 6.0.0.2. Please refer to the
Recommended Updates page for delivery dates:
