Error description
product:was v5.0.2 on aix
Problem description:
it looks like it doesn't matter if we have content type set in
the header or not... the page loaded always has the encoding of
the last
included JSP. ie. if the parent JSP sets encoding Shift_JIS in
the
header and the last child JSP gets default encoding ISO-8859-1,
the page
will end up loading with the western encoding instead of
Shift_JIS. The
user would then have to manually select Shift_JIS to see the
proper
page.
Local fix
No work around.

According to Servlet Spec 2.3, headers set or added in an
included servlet/jsp should be ignored.
Problem conclusion
Ignoring all sets/adds header to servlet response in included
pages resolves the problem.
