Closed as program error.
Error description
Defect 180443 forced us to make a change in defect 196613.
But later webcontainer fixed the same thing in
PQ83913.
So this defect is to fix the user mappings as per servlet
specsonly in 5.0 and 5.1 releases. 6.0 has the fixed code
already.
