Abstract
On 05 February 2008 at 11:00 AM EST, a WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange presentation on Automating problem identification using IBM® Autonomic Computing Technology will be delivered by Denilson Nastacio, a subject matter expert. An open question and answer session will follow the presentation.
 
Content
The Autonomic Computing Log Analyzer and Symptom Editor tools are tools that allow IT administrators to isolate problems based on the contents of the product log files. In this session, these tools are used to troubleshoot a problem in IBM WebSphere Application Server.

Denilson Nastacio Advisory Software Engineer, Autonomic Computing Enablement Research Triangle Park, NC. Denilson Nastacio joined the Autonomic Computing organization, IBM Software, in February 2006 as an Enablement Specialist for Self Healing technologies. He is responsible for assisting IBM product development teams in the integration of components that help IT administrators while isolating and correcting problems in IBM middleware. He also works with internal support teams to deploy tools that can help them solve problems reported by our customers.
