LaunchClient hangs at command line when global security enabled
 Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)
You are trying to run an administrative script with Global Security enabled in IBM® WebSphere® Application Server V5.0 and V5.1. Using the LaunchClient.bat or LaunchClient.sh command, the script appears to run, but then hangs at the command line until Ctrl-C is pressed to stop the script.

Cause
When running LaunchClient With Global security enabled, you must use the -CCexitVM parameter for the script to exit back to a command prompt.

Resolving the problem
Add the -CCexitVM option to the LaunchClient command line when starting a script.
