Error description
In WebSphere Application Server 5.0 + FixPack 2, some links
inside the admin console help documentation are broken.
All "Core Console" help links point to /admin/ instead of
/admin/com.ibm.ws.console.core/nl/en.
This behavior occurs across multiple platforms, but only seems
to occur when the fixpack 2 has been applied, as opposed to a
complete, stand-alone 5.02 image.
Local fix
Work-around solution is to edit browser address line, replacing
the /admin/ reference with
/admin/com.ibm.ws.console.core/nl/en/.
Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server users of the *
* Admin Console Help *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the admin console, and *
* looking through the help *
* documentation, all of the subjects *
* under Core Console seem to be *
* inaccessible, with an error 404. *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
In the Help menu, the links under Core Console, are not correct
and result in a 404. The links point to /admin/... but should
point to admin/com.ibm.ws.console.core/nl/en/...
Problem conclusion
The links under Core Console in help are wrong. They point to
admin/<component>.html.
They were corrected to point to
admin/com.ibm.ws.console.core/nl/en/<component>.html
Temporary fix
fix tested, code checked in CMVC
