Error description
When enabling the memory buffer trace, the only output to log we
see is the trace string. An output of the rest of the trace
settings (specially the ring buffer size) is required for
debugging scenarios where enabling this type of tracing has
caused an OutOfMemory condition and crashed the JVM.

Problem summary
****************************************************************
* USERS AFFECTED: WebSpher Application Server users of the *
* circular memory buffer for trace output. *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The status of the circular buffer is *
* not written to the SystemOut.log file. *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
The circular buffer holds on to the logging records(objects)
and when configured to hold large number of the records, these
can not be collected by garbage collector and therefore the JVM
can run out of memory.
The user has no feedback in the logs regarding the size of the
circular buffer.
Problem conclusion
A new logging message will be added to inform the user of the
status of the circular memory buffer, when it is used for
tracing instead of trace.log file.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in cumulative fixes 5.02.16 and 5.1.1.10 and fixpack 6.0.2.9.
