Dynamic Cache serving wrong content when replicating cache
entries.
Problem conclusion
After recieving an entry from a remote server Dynamic Cache will
check that the cache-id is not null and matches the expected
cache-id. If the cache-id does not match the request is
handled as a cache miss.
