Error description
When setting up a dbquery using the jndiname property on a
dbconnect tag, the Query class is setting the URL Provider
when obtaining the intial context, and we believe it should
not be. This will only work when you use the default
name service port
Local fix Problem summary

****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If a webSphere user uses dbConnect *
* tag and specifies the jndiname *
* property, the user may get a *
* DatasoureException. *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
Application Server always hardcodes jndi provider URL
"iiop:///", this is not a problem on Windows since everyone's
name service port is the same. However, on other platforms,
users may specify the jndiname property to a different port.
Problem conclusion
Application Server will not set the URL Provider when
obtaining the intial context
