Error description
Java client login may hang if security server is not available
during login. The problem is only seen if the same login
thread tries to getConnectionKey() too many times.

Servers were added to a server retry list which were
duplicates of existing servers. If too many logins attempts
failed, duplicated server entries would be tried giving the
appearance of a hang as the client would repeatedly try to
login to the same server.
Problem conclusion
The server retry list is checked for the existance of an entry
for a specific server before the server is added to the retry
list.
Temporary fix
