Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED: Websphere Application Server users who       *
*                 work on the admin repository (or)            *
*                 configuration.                               *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The configuration gets corrupted        *
*                      sometimes and leaves the configuration  *
*                      documents in inconsistent state. This   *
*                      leads to further issues during node     *
*                      synchronization.                        *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Intermittently, the Application Server admin repository gets
corrupted for unknown reasons. This corrupted repository
causes further issues during node sync etc.. The potential
inconsistencies we have seen so far are:
1) Wrong references in serverindex.xml file.
2) zero-byte length files.
Problem conclusion
Modifed the workspace code to
1) Delete wrong references in serverindex.xml
2) Warn about zero-byte length files.
