PQ72712: PORT 9090 IS USED BY WASSM AND NOT DETECTED DURING INSTALL.

Error description
The installation is not deducting the port 9090 during the insta
llation. It didnt give a warning while installting WAS50 and als
o there is no error message or warning message after installatio
n. The port 9090 is used by Web Based System Management (WebSM)
console on AIX5.1. It is been reported in the release notes but
customer wants atleast a warning mesage during installation for
this port conflict.

Change the default administrative console port as described in
the InfoCenter articles "Installing the product" and
"Changing HTTP transport ports manually."
Disable the AIX WebSM system management server,
as described in the InfoCenter article
"Platform-specific tips for installing and migrating."
Problem summary

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

User needs to change WebSM from using port 9090 to using
another port before installing WebSphere.  A suggested
way to change this is:
1.  Type in netstat -an | grep 9090 to see if this port is
being used.
2.  Go to /etc/services file and see what is using this port.
3.  Most likely it is WebSM.  Type in
/usr/websm/bin/wsmserver - disable to disable WebSM.
4. Edit /etc/services and change port 9090 to another port.
5. Type /usr/websm/bin/wsmserver -enable.
6. Check /etc/services to ensure port 9090 is no longer being
used.
7. Install WebSphere.
