****************************************************************
The plugin does not set the request time prior to checking to
see if the request should be handled by the appserver. The
request time is used in part to determine when the
plugin-cfg.xml should be read in by the plugin. If the
request time is not set to a valid value then it may cause
a situation where an updated plugin-cfg.xml file is not
refreshed.
Problem conclusion
Modified plugin to set the request time prior to checking
whether the request should be handled by the appserver.
