Error description
If system time is changed forward and back frequently, scheduler
might
fail----some tasks which should be fired on certain time won't
run as
expected. However, if the user change system time forward only
or
backward only, scheduler works fine. Component is
WAS.asynchbeans

The problem only occurs when the system time is changed
forward in time (into the future).
Problem conclusion
We reduced the delay by checking every 5
seconds for alarms, timers, or tasks which need
to be fired.
