Error description
Naming client code does not check the compatibility level
correctly. That makes Naming clients not be able to use some
functions provided in the upper level of name servers.

Naming client does not check the compatibility level correctly,
which could cause Naming clients to fail to take advantage of
the Name Server features.
Problem conclusion
Fix the Naming client code to make the compatibility level
checking working correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in fixpack 5.0.2.9 and 5.1.1.3. Please refer to the
