Message: Server caught unhandled exception from servlet

In the meantime, the dmgr's SystemOut.log has the following
errors:

When specifying an incorrect password during the import of LTPA
keys causes a failure on the server restart. The error thrown
is:
java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.IllegalStateException

The reason is the keys and password are stored without checking
their validity.
Problem conclusion
The LTPA keys and password are now verified before being stored
in the configuration.
