* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
Exceptions raised in WAS are not propagated by the WSGW.
The method invokeAXISDocStyle in WSIFOperation_SOAP.java
(from package com.ibm.ws.webservices.wsif.providers.soap) is
throwing a Web Services Invocation Framework (WSIF) exception
instead of catching the user defined exception and propagating
it.
This has been fixed in WebSphere Application Server v5.0.2,
Cumulative Fix 3.
Problem conclusion
This problem has been corrected to have exceptions raised in
WebSphere Application Server propagated by Web Services
Gateway. When using document literal message type, any user
defined exceptions thrown by services deployed on the Gateway
are now returned to the client by the Gateway.
