Error description
When uninstalling an application deployed in WebSphere
Application Server for z/OS v5.0, some directories in the
WebSphere configuration root may not be deleted if those
directories contain symbolic links. In this particular case,
the /installedApps directory contained symbolic links.
Local fix
After the uninstall has been completed, manually delete the
application directories under the WebSphere configuration
root.

* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
This APAR is to delete the application if the application
install directory is a symbolic link, but perserve the symbolic
links manually created after application install.
This is a request from zOS, where there are customers whose
entire Application Server setup is a symbolic link.
Problem conclusion
Updated the application management logic to delete applications
if the application install directory is a symbolic link,
and perserve the manually created symbolic links inside the
application install directory.
