![]() APAR status Closed with unknown close code. Error description 1) Open a kdb keystore with the IHS ikeyman. 2) In Personal Certificates, select a certificate, select Export/Import. 3) Select Export Key, PKCS12file, and export key to a .p12 file. 4) Open a jks keystore with the WebSphere ikeyman. 5) In Personal Certificates, select Export/Import 6) Select PKCS12 & select OK Error is returned. On Windows, it indicates a file I/O error. On Solaris, it indicates the database is corrupted.Local fix Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All WebSphere Application Server users * * of the PKCS12 file format. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IKeyMan cannot import keys saved * * in PKCS12 format in to JKS files. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** IKeyMan cannot import keys saved in PKCS12 format. The error message received is: "The Specified database has been corrupted"Problem conclusion This issue has been resolved in the 03-14-2003 JCE build. This build is now being included in WebSphere.Temporary fix A test fix was supplied.Comments
