The Plug-in did not remove content-length header from the
HTTP response when 304 (not modified) is returned to a client.
Problem conclusion
WebSphere Plug-in now removes the content-length header when
sending a 304(Not Modified) response to a client in compliance
with the RFC.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in fixpacks 5.1.1.12, 6.0.2.17 and 6.1.0.5.
