The APAR is for the problem when WSADMIN is used to install the
Enterprise Application Archives (EARs).

During an application installation in a ND environment, the EAR
file is uploaded to the ND machine and put in config/temp
directory. After the application installation has completed,
the temporary EAR file is not deleted.
Problem conclusion
The code was modified in both the wsadmin and appmanagement
components to handle the clean up of an uploaded file in an ND
environment.
Temporary fix
The test fix is now available on
PQ99999 site.
