Error description
Unable to create a Key Database file when running java
com.ibm.gsk.ikeyman.ikeycmd on Linux.
Local fix
provided the following to resolve customer problem with GSKit7:

1.  Set your classpath to:
 CLASSPATH=/usr/loca/ibm/gsk7_gcc295/classes/cfwk.zip:/usr/local
/ibm/gsk7_gcc295/classes/gsk7cls.jar
export CLASSPATH

2. Issue this command when to create a kdb and a cert:
  gsk7cmd_gcc295 -keydb -create -db <dbname> -pw <passwd> -type
cms -expire 60 -stash

3. After the above command returns issues the following:
 gsk7cmd_gcc295 -cert -create -db <dbname created in the -keydb>
-pw <password> -size <512 or 1024> -dn "CN=name,O=org,C=US"
-lavbel <cert label> -default_cert yes

This should be documented in the Infocenter for IBM HTTP Server
that uses GSKit7.
