 Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)
Installing Caching Proxy on SuSE Linux using the native packaging tools produces the following error message: "Group nobody does not exist - using root".

Resolving the problem
When installing Caching Proxy on SuSE Linux using the native packaging tools, you might encounter the following error message: "Group nobody does not exist - using root".

The group nogroup is used on SuSE instead of nobody. A post install script runs to change the group to nogroup for each item that attempted to create nobody.
