PQ82971: SelectionManager NullPointerException for non-WLM indirect requests.

APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
The problem occurs when non-WLMable objects are invoked and
the orb calls the WLM request interceptor during a "reply_other"
response. For some reason, on distributed the orb isn't makingg
these interceptor calls.

****************************************************************
A NullPointerException occurs when a non-WLMable object
is invoked and the orb calls the WLM request interceptor
during a 'reply_other' response. This most often is
seen when the application server is an application server on
the Z/390 platform. Below is an example of a partial
stacktrace from the exception received on the client side.
