Customer wants to monitor WebSphere Portal(WP) with TPV

If using TPV on client machine where WP is not installed, TPV
client almost works with no problem. However, if trying to view
the binary log of TPV collected from WP, TPV hangs

Local fix Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When you try to use the TPV thick       *

TPV thick client hangs on viewing logs.
Problem conclusion
This problem needed to be fixed as it would severely hamper
TPV usage. The issue was with version inconsitency of
mangement jars between Application Server and WebSphere Portal
Server causing namespace inconsistencies, which has now been
resolved.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in cumulative fix 5.0.2.18.
