APAR status
Closed as program error.
Error description
set header throws IllegalStateException after response has been
committed. PQ57613 in V3.5 and 4.x fixed this problem but the
code is not in V5 releases.

When setting or adding a header to an already committed
response, the Servlet engine should log the event as a warning
and ignore the header.
Problem conclusion
Changed SRTServletResponse to log the response already
committed as a warning rather than throwing an
IllegalStateException.
The fix is targetted for inclusion in 5.0.2.10 and 5.1.1.4.
