This is caused by a message that is logged but that has no
associated message number.  It is a message indicating that a
WLM resource has been marked as unavailable for receiving
workload management "data", that is requests that are to be
routed to an EJB server.

This message is an informational message.  Once the resource is
available again, it will stop being logged.

Problem conclusion
