* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
On Application Servers > server1 > Web Container > Session
Management > Distributed Environment Settings >
if one selects the link "Database" for instance a save
required is shown even though nothing has been changed
Problem conclusion
Added some code which checks whether or not a save is
necessary. This results in a save not being shown until
something in this panel is changed.

A note on this fix:
The scenario we are talking about is this:
1. Open your admin console.
2. Click the Servers
3. Click the Application Servers
4. Select the server1 or (any server as you wish)
5. Select the Web Container
6. Select the Session Management
7. Select the Distributed Environment Settings
8. Under the General Properties select the Database - when you
click on Database link, the message(s) at the top is
misleading
-------------------------------------
The way this fix works:
- If you click on an option's link and that option's radio
button is already selected, no Save message shown.
e.g. if the Database radio button is selected and you click
on the Database link, there will be no Save message
- If you click on an option's link and that option's radio
button is not selected, the Save message will be shown.
e.g. if the "None" or "Memory to Memory Replication" radio
buttons are selected and you click on the Database link, there
will be a save message
-------------------------------------
Because of certain design limitations, this is the most that
can be done
