Error description
After upgrading from IHS 2.0.42.2 to IHS 2.0.47 our certificate
keystore file being read by the IHS httpd instance throws the
following error when a user connects to the SSL instance. Also
when trying to start ikeyman to try to generate a new cert it
fails saying it cannot find the JCE files check to make sure
they are in the proper directory.
