Error description
The WorkSpaceManagerFactory (through WorkSpaceManagerImpl, which
is holding a large number of WorkSpaceImpl objects in a HashMap)
seems to be holding reference to about 76 Megs(128 Mb min/max)
of Object at the time of OutofMemory exception. When the server
started, it had less than a half meg of objects.

The application server JVM leaks memory when using PMI Client
API listNodes, listServers in a loop. This is caused by the
ConfigService Session objects.
Problem conclusion
The problem is fixed by discarding the ConfigService
session objects after using them. This fix will solve the
memory leak in PMI Client.
