Clients may see an error when shutting down their Windows
Operating system with out first stopping the WebSphere process.
WASservice.exe - Application Error
The instruction at `0x004020fd` referenced memory at
`0x00000000`.
The memory could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program.
Local fix
Shut down WebSphere form the comand line or through the windows
service

Problem conclusion
Added SHUTDOWN control to Service Ctrl, to cleanly shutdown
the Application Server service when the Operating System is
shutting down.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in 5.02.11 and 5.1.1.4.
