When we are traversing frames during exception handling &
if a function recursively calls itself in the exception
stack, the frame traverser structures continue to increment
the frame index necessary to fetch the method.
This is not necessary when a function calls itself as the
method has already been retrieved.
Problem conclusion
The fix was to ensure that the increment of the frame index
was prevented during recursive invokations.

Install build 20051121 or later
