Error description
The GUI look and feel for Base and Enterprise Edition
UpdateInstaller versions deviated between the Base product
and the Enterprise Edition product.
This APAR is being raised to resynchronize the GUI look and
feel to allow for more consistent user experience when working
with the two different versions of UpdateInstaller products.
Local fix Problem summary

The Update Installer GUI look and feel were not the same on
the Base Edition of WebSphere as opposed to the Enterprise
Edition. The GUI look and feel will be synchronized between
the two different Update Installer products.
Problem conclusion
The GUI look and feel was resynchronized between two different
Update Installer products used to apply maintenance for Base
and Enterprise Edition of WebSphere Application Server. Only
the GUI look an feel was changed, they remain separate Update
Installers for their respective products.
