Error description If we start a server using the Windows Services panel, then use the Task Manager to kill that process, WASService will continually try to restart the app server (if we specified -restart true when we added the server using the WASService command) The following occurs over and over again in the log: ADMU3028I: Conflict detected on port 8880.
