Fix for misleading error msg in http_plugin.log on IIS6.
Reg.keysize is an optional param.This msg was changed to INFO
Local fix Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If an optional windows registry         *
*                      param(keysize)is not                    *
*                      specified on Plugin/IIS6                *
*                      installations, an error is logged.      *
*                      This is misleading since the param is   *
*                      optional and not a necessary            *
*                      precondition.                           *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Logging the absence of the optional registry param
(keysize) as an error causes unneccesary alarm. The log level
for the message was suppressed to TRACE.
Problem conclusion
The problem has been removed by supressing it's log level in
the plugin native codebase.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
service pack 5.02.9 and 5.1.1.3. Please refer to the
