Error description
IHS fails to return Expires header values in error responses
Problem is not resident on Unix platforms.
Local fix Problem summary
On error responses, all non-essential filters
were removed from the filter chain. Too many filters were being
removed and there was no way for them to be added back in. I add
ed a hook to allow filters to add themselves back in during erro
r processing.
Problem conclusion
I added a hook to allow filters to add them-
selves back in during error processing. This fix impacts release
s 2.0.42.2 and 2.0.47 on all platforms. CompId 5630A3603, levels
 00A, 00H, 003, 00I, 00S, and 00W.
