****************************************************************
If a user has two nodes on their cell, both Node Agents are
communicating. When the user stops the dmgr and restarts it,
one of the nodes continues to communicate but the other node has
lost its communication. The workaround is for the user to
restart the node that is not communicating.
Problem conclusion
This problem is believed to be related to erroneous callback
generated by the Process Monitoring. The callback error was
corrected in an internal defect.
