PQ80291: JAX-RPC Web Service engine throws malformed XML document.

Error description
Using Web Services for WSAS 5.02, the customer has defined
a soap fault message within WSDL file. When the web service
throws exceptions, soap fault message is in malformed format and
ErrorList is malformed (<>ErrorList xmlns="http://pricing.interl
ine.com/">).
