Closed as program error.

Error description
If using the LOB columns (BLOBS and CLOBS) with Oracle 8i or
Oracle 9i R2 thin driver, then there is a restriction on the
number of activities that can be compensated.
Method calls setCharacterStream or setBinaryStream to set
BLOBS and CLOBS, cannot be used if the size of the LOB
columns is greater than 4k.
This fix removes these restrictions.
Pre-requisites are WAS 5.0 Enterprise with APAR 
PQ70665.

Problem conclusion
Problem can be fixed by applying APAR PQ70655, then this APAR.
Next you will to run a script to pick up code changes made by
compensation. Detailed instructions can be found in the readme.
