Error description
There is a problem with displaying interactive inuse time
without trace enabled. Due to performance reasons, the code is
not gathering the information needed to calculate the inuse
time.
When the connection leak logic information was added to the
trace, the mbean method getPoolContents started displaying the
inuse time without the information needed to calculate the right
value. If WAS.j2c trace is enabled, this value would be correct.
The inuse time should NOT be displayed when using
$AdminControl invoke $cp getPoolContents without J2C trace spec
enabled.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The inuse connection information is *
* not correct when WAS.j2c trace is not *
* enabled. *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
When using the wsadmin command line to display connection pool
information, the inuse connection information can be
incorrect. A workaround for this problem is to enable trace
for WAS.j2c when viewing this information.
Example, you may see this in the connection information "Time
inuse 1114003315 (seconds)". This number under normal
conditions is too large. The normal range for connection
being inuse should be under a second. When connection
applicaton problems occur (application mistakenly holding onto
connections), you may see inuse times that are in the 10 to
1000 second range.
Problem conclusion
Added a check for the initial value. If the initial value is
zero, we do not have the information needed to calculate this
value and display it.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in 5.02.11 and 5.1.1.5.
