Error description
This has been reported in PMR 31963,766,766.
WebAppPmiListener throws NullPointerExceptionbecause server
name from JspCServletContect.attributes is null.
It could be a Hashmap synchronization problem.

Application Server listener gets a null pointer exception when
accessing a jsp servlet context.
Problem conclusion
This is a synchronization related problem when multiple jsp
requests are trying to access the context.
Synchronizing all methods that are accessing a hash table
resolves the problem.
This fix is scheduled to be included in 5.0.2.10 and 5.1.1.4.
