Memory Leak in Dynacache causing CacheEntry objects to go beyond

The locking of cache entry objects is required when broadcast
cache replication updates asynchronously.
Problem conclusion
In order to provide more information about overflow of cache
entry objects, a new statistics called
OverflowEntriesFromMemory is added to monitor. The cache
statistics can be retrieved through Dynamic cache's MBean.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 5.1.1.14, 6.0.2.19 and 6.1.0.7.
