WAS-Development: "It is not yet available, thats why i asked you
guys to
open a PMR to provide it in 5.x and same will be made available
in 6.0."

Code has been checked in under defect 198447.
Problem conclusion
When servlet creates additional threads to process a request
concurrently, ServletRequest and ServletResponse object should
be allowed to be cloned.
Additional interfaces are introduced in wsspi
package to support cloning.
Both SRTServletRequest and SRTServletResponse
implemented the interface with clone() method.
