Web Services Security: How to change SSL repertoire for Web services client
 Technote (FAQ)

Question
How do you change SSL repertoire for Web services client? The default configuration setting uses the defaultSSLSettings repertoire.

Answer
Use the following selections from the administrative console:

Enterprise Applications > YourWebServicesClientApp > Web Modules > YourWebServicesClientApp.war > Web Services: Client Security Bindings

Click on edit under HTTP SSLConfiguration. Make sure HTTP SSL is enabled (checked). Under the pull down, select the SSL repertoire that you would like to use. The repertoire you select must contain the server certificate.

The technote "Outbound JSSE (SSL) calls fail in Network Deployment environment with Global Security enabled" explains SSL and the usage of ikeyman to import and export certificates. Use the section titled "If the remote server requires client-authentication (A client certificate is used in addition to a signer certificate)" for details: Java_Security__JSSE_JCE_/swg21191941.html
