Error description
Web Module/Application name in the "Session Object Internals"
section in a Session trace is missing if you configure session
manager for in-memory sessions.
.
WebSphere session manager writes correct information
about Web Module/Application name to the session trace
(in the "Session Object Internals" section) if you configure
session persistence.
.
This APAR does not affect WebSphere runtime at all it is needed
for better troubleshooting of problems with WebSphere HTTP
sessions. When you enable session trace WebSphere session
manager will write additional information to the trace which
will help IBM Software support to identify problems with HTTP
sessions in WebSphere.
Local fix
This is a serviceability APAR, not a defect in WebSphere
Session manager.
