Load Balancer's HTTPS advisor requires non-expired server certificates
 Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)
For the HTTPS advisor to operate properly, the keys and certificates must be current, not expired.

Resolving the problem
The HTTPS advisor in Load Balancer was designed to ignore the content of the server SSL keys and certificates; however, for the HTTPS advisor to operate properly, the keys and certificates must be current, not expired.

If the keys and certificates expire, the HTTPS advisor marks that server down.
