APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
Illegal port values, such as negative and zero, can be assigned
to the LSDPort. This should not be allowed.
Local fix
Don't set negative or zero as LSD port value.
Problem summary

The customer was attempting to contact an LSD that had
negative ports which resulted in CORBA COMM_FAILURES.
Problem conclusion
WLM changed the code that creates the LSD route lists such
that the list cannot contain negative port vlaues

This APAR is currently built and included in the 5.0.2.9
fixPak, and targeted for the 5.1.1.2 fixPak.
