Error description
During implementation, the decision was made to not make holders
serializable. After further evaluation, making them
serializable should not adversly affect existing customers. The
change needs to be made to the emitter to emit
java.io.Serializable holders.

Making holder classes serializable fixes this problem
Temporary fix
Add in the change to make the emitter submit
java.io.Serializable holders and also to change the existing
