* RECOMMENDATION: *
****************************************************************
Under conditions of heavy load or memory use, code in the
WebSphere admin server may fail to process topology requests
correctly. This can cause clients (both the gui admin client
and wscp) to report a "failure to obtain root instance." Problem conclusion
Admin server code has been changed so that it correctly invokes
"narrow" in all cases. Temporary fix
A test fix was provided to the customer on Saturday morning
central US time, 22 Dec. Comments
