PQ51791: VIRTUAL HOST OR WEB APPLICATION NOT FOUND THE WEB GROUP /EIN/SERVLETS/VIDACASH HAS NOT BEEN DEFINED

Error description
Application Server was stopped and customer used a xmlconfig to
restart a webapplication under this Application Server, then
xmlconfig rans fine but Application Server was started and
customer received on browser this msg:
Virtual Host or Web Application Not Found
The web group /EIN/servlets/VidaCash has not been defined

ServletHost W Web.Group.Not.Found:."/HOB-CCREDITO/servlets /ExtratoAnte ServletReques X Web Group Not Found . After stop/start Application Server using Console, all works fine. . According Infocenter (6.6.0.1.14: Actions on the right-click menus of resources) it couldn't occurs.

Stop and Start Application Server

Currently when an Restart action is performed on a web app, if
its App Server is not running it will start both App server
and Web App.
Problem conclusion
Added additional flag (performActiveStateCheck) to force this
functionality, preserving the default behavior if the flag
is not used.
Sample XML file is put in the readme file and CMVC defect.
Temporary fix
pq51791.jar, xmlconfig.dtd .
Comments
An addtional attribute "performActiveStateCheck" is provided
to fix this problem. Readme file has all the necessary details.
