When disableing a servlet through the check box and restarting
the webapp, the servlet shows as not enabled but you are still
able to access it through the browser. Removing the checkbox is
only valid untill the webapp is restarted. Local fixProblem summary

Corrected the code in SMServletEngineInitializer.java,
WebAppServletManager.java and ServletInfo.java
files, to make sure that Servlet availability function
works properly. Temporary fix
