Unable to reproduce performance problem in production environment

Problem
For WebSphere® Application Server problems that are not reproducible on a production system through standard tracing, we recommend profiling the application through the use of IBM® Business Partner PMI tools such as Wily's Introscope.
Cause
Configuration or load characteristics on a production system are unique and a minimally invasive configuration change is required to determine root cause.
