SequeLink Service Logon Failure on Windows Machine

Technote (FAQ)
Problem
At logon, the SequeLink Service throws the following error message from the SequeLink Manager snap-in: "process must have SE_TCB_NAME privilege" .
Solution
The SE_TCB_NAME privilege is part of the LogonUser API and it has been available since Windows NT 3.5.1. The SE_TCB_NAME privilege is commonly used to verify user credentials. On Windows NT and Windows 2000, any process that calls a LogonUser must have the SE_TCB_NAME privilege.

Logon userid for SequeLink Manager snap-in must have Administrator privileges.
