| Error description
Cannot use < or > for a userid within WebSphere Application
Server. This is not documented in official docs.
Additional information:
When installing WebSphere 3.5 on Windows 2000, utilized a
password that had started with a '<' and end with a '>'.
It appears that Windows accepts this configuration, but
WebSphere does not. As a result, the WS ADMIN SERVER does
not get added to Windows Services and the default server
configuration did not get loaded.
