Customer received following message:
ActiveEJBServ A No Ping Received - Stopping server
...but application server didn't stop for 16 hours. In another
case, an application server never stopped after "No Ping
Received" message, and customer stopped/restarted WebSphere.
Customer also indicates that wscp sometimes does not stop

When a user stops an application server via any of the
WebSphere client programs, WebSphere reports that the
application is stopped but looking at the process table
of the system (for example, "ps -ef"), the process remains
active. Problem conclusion
The code was modified so that the process is terminated with
