Error description
Unplugging the ethernet cable at the WSAS end will leave the
TCP sockets at the IHS end in FIN_WAIT_2

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Socket stuck in FIN_WAIT_2 state when   *
*                      data cable is disconnected from app     *
*                      server machine.                         *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
Sockets stuck in FIN_WAIT_2 state when data cable is
disconnected from app server machine.  The only way to clean
up the connections is to reboot the machine.
Problem conclusion
SO_KEEPALIVE socket option used so that the sockets in
the FIN_WAIT_2 state will eventually timeout and get cleaned up.
