PQ46097: XMLCONFIG CANNOT HANDLE ADDING OVER 12 APP SERVERS FOR THE SECOND NODE IN THE SAME REPOSITORY

Error description
The customer is using Xmlconfig to add app servers to a
repository that has 2 nodes.  Adding app servers to his first
node works fine.  Adding over 12 app servers to his second node
results in a "nullpointerexception", "web application
repository exception", and "unable toget web application
attributes".

use admin client to update
Customer only needs to do export and import functions related
to the nodes.  When they attempted to do the this for
other objects(such as Enterprise Apps,Virtual host, etc...),
they would encounter problems as these are common to multiple
node. Programmer sent samples of correct way to do this.
No feedback from customer for 3 weeks on if this did resolve the
issue for them.  Closing as usage error.
