****************************************************************
Whenever a session object gets invalidated the valueUnbound
method of all the HttpSessionBindingListeners bound to the
session object should be called. The symptom of this problem
is that in a clustered environment, in the multirow mode
if a request goes to another clone and all the attributes of
the session object are not accessed in the servlet/jsp, if an
explicit invalidate is done only the valueUnbound methods of
those attributes which got accessed get invoked.
Problem conclusion
This fix causes the valueUnbound method of all the attributes
implementing the HttpSessionBindingListener to be invoked
whether they are in memory or not.
