| Error description
PQ54061 was provided to correct a problem with dynacache.
The readme file of this eFix simply states to update the
classpath and also to put the pq54061.jar file on the system.
A problem with this is that if /usr/IBMWebAS/dynacache.xml
does not exist ( which it does NOT on wasv353 )---- Then when
the application attempts to use the new feature it causes the
jvm to crash. Local fixProblem summary

When the DynaCache component was initialized without a
dynacache.xml present, InitializerErrors were thrown which
resulted in a JVM core dump. Problem conclusion
This problem was caused by a prior dynacache fix, and this is a
cumulative APAR to correct the problem of not properly handling
proxied servlet output streams and the java core when there is
