| Error description
In CredentialsImpl, do not let the invalidate method set a
server credential as invalid. Once this occurs, the server
does not survive and needs to be restarted. When the server
acts as a client to another server, and the credentials are
not allowed to login to that server, the credentials get
marked invalid. While this may be OK for a pure client, it
is not OK for a server acting as a client.
