Closed as program error.
| Error description
Customers logs are filling with "net_write and enter_callback_mo
de" messages. Since these are due to early client closures they
should not be logged at an "ERROR" level. Local fixProblem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Error logged for early client closes. *

The problem was the logging level of a couple of the log
messages in the Netscape plugin, and also in the plugin code
that is common to all webservers. It would log error messages
for early client closes, which are natural and expected, not
something to be logged as an error. Problem conclusion
Changed the logging level in the case of early client closes
to the 'inform' level, and fixed a small defect in the code
that detects early client closes. Temporary fixComments
