Closed as program error.
| Error description
Models are not showing the proper
state (ie stopped/started) until either the model or the entire
domain is refreshed thru the console in WAS 3.5.4 and above.
A running model is shown as stopped (Stop button in menu drop
down is grayed out). This repeats on startup of every new
console. This was not seen in WAS 3.5.3 and previous. Local fix
A refresh of the model or domain allows the model to show the
correct state. Problem summary

refreshed. This happens everytime a console is opened. Problem conclusion
Code getting Model state has been fixed to get the correct
state when the console is started. Temporary fix
