When an attribute of an object (e.g., "load at startup" for
a servlet) is modified via the admin console, after the
attribute is changed, the instance tree (topology) is
refreshed.

This refresh appears to be completely unnecessary since there
is no situation where changing an attribute can alter the
topology of the WebSphere objects. Change was made to bypass
the "forced" refresh of the instance tree following
modification of an attribute - it can still be refreshed by
clicking the refresh button on the admin console.

This problem does not appear when using XMLConfig or wscp.
These programs DO NOT refresh the instance tree when they
modify an attribute.
Problem conclusion
Modified code in InstanceTree.java so the topology tree is no
longer refreshed when an attribute change is made.
Temporary fix
