PQ49457: INSTALL FAILS WITH "NOT ENOUGH DISK SPACE IN FILE SYSTEM"

APAR

APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
When creating a new file system in UNIX type systems
(AIX,Solaris,HP) the user is able to create the file system
name to any length. WebSphere install code parses the return
string from a df -k command and returns the 5th token (which in
most cases is the number of free bytes in the file system.)
However if the customer names the file system with a string
longer then 21 characters the wrong token is returned.
Local fix
There is no workaround for this problem.
