Error description
Error in WAS 3.5.5 as follows:
SRTServletReq Access method was "post" but ContentType "applicat
ion/xxx" was not recognized.

The SRTServletReq has a line changed in 3.5.5.  If the customer
uses a content type other than "application/x-www-form-urlencode
d" and error will be produced in the logs.  This line is a debug
 statement in WAS 3.5.4 and 4.0.

Local fix
1.  customer can use the following content type:  "application/x
-www-form-urlencoded"
2. Use a get instead of post

error, so doesn't need to be logged unconditionally.
Problem conclusion
Only log the message if debug is enabled.
