PQ48761: MERANT DRIVER DOESN'T SUPPORT THE NLS CHARACTER SETS

APAR

APAR status
Closed as Vendor Solution.

Error description
The exception: [MERANT][SequeLink JDBC Driver]An unsupported
transliteration type has been specified for character set: 932
Is thrown by the SequeLink Java Client, because the character
set 932 is not listed in its transliteration mapping table.
.
The mapping table is stored in the Java properties file
"com\merant\sequelink\slje.properties" in the "sljc.jar" file
of the SequeLink Java Client.
.
A new mapping should be added to the "slje.properties" file
for character set 932. This is explained in the white paper
"SequeLink Support for International Languages", section
"Configuring SequeLink Java Client".
