| Problem | Using Ikeyman to create or update keystore file caused "The JCE framework is invalid" error message. | | Cause | An installation of WebSphere shipped with Tivoli Enterprise Console (TEC) had several of the JCE jar files with names in upper case characters.
Files are located in the <WebSphere_Intall_Root>/java/jre/lib/ext directory.IBMJCEPROVIDER.JAR
