| Error description
Due to issues with compilation options the
open_inet_client_socket message does not report the correct
error number. This number is critical to troubleshooting
what failure is occurring while attempting to connect to the
AppServer.

The problem has been found and fixed in WAS 4.0 and need to be
addessed in WAS 3.5 Local fix

The wrong OS error numbers was being recorded in the
WebSphere plugin traces on connect failures. ( and potentially
any other failure that would normally generate an OS specific
error code ). Problem conclusion
The problem was due to a missing flag in the Solaris builds.
