Error description
When Global Security is enabled on WAS 3.5.X, the
JSPBatchCompiler will complete but it never returns to the
command line. The symptom is that it appears to hang, but it
really has finished compiling all the jsp's.

The security component's code is not terminating after
sucessful login. When the batch compile process is completed,
the JspBatchCompiler is not indicating to the security
component that the process is completed leaving the
security component in a wait state.
Problem conclusion
To complete security component's handling of the secured
login, the JspBatchCompiler now returns a status code
of 0 to indicate completion and returns control back to
the command line prompt.
