Local fix
Problem summary
Running a scenario in which a heavy load of requests to
a non-existent servlet is carried out, the WAS 3.5
TraceEvent buffer becomes too large with frequent large
traces of stack traces.
Problem conclusion
Fixed code responsible for creating the large messages in
TraceEvent.
