Error description
Environment:
WebSphere 3.5.6 and 3.5.7

Senario:Environment:WebSphere 3.5.6 and 3.5.7
Customer imoprts multiple XML files to install new applications where the root URI and subsequent URIs are defined during import. After importing multiple XML files the customer does an export and sees that the rootURI entry doesn't match what the import file had it defined. The rootURI is never called and is not listed in the Admin Console when viewing the application. It's only listed in the XML Export and this is what is causing the confusion on what the repository is reporting.

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The rootURI for WebApp URI created under virtual host is
randomly getting set to any other existing rootURI. This not a
defect, but the value is just misleading.
Problem conclusion
Initialize the rooturi for webgroup uri with its own value.
Fixed code in ServletGroupBean object.
