There is a problem reported from Japan when using
TrustAssociation code in 3.5.4. It was working in 3.5.3.

When the webAuthenticator.authenticate (from AppServer)
is calling SecurityServer.mapCredential (in AdminServer)
to map a user to a credential the call is not getting through
to the security server because of exceptions from the
getConnectionKey.

method returns an invalid result.
