PQ49277: AFTER 3.5.4/PQ49272, EXTRA BUTTONS APPEAR ON THE GUI, AND AN EXCEPTION OCCURS ON DEFAULT_HOST

Error description
An exception is raised by clicking on the add/remove buttons on
the default host.  Recreation scenario from defect 98744:
Start admin server, then adminclient.
Verify servlet/snoop worked
left click on default_host
right pane would show Virtual Host:default_host
click on Advanced tab to get the advanced pane
scroll down to the very end of MIME types
The entry "html   text/html" would be removed.  Subsequent
clicking on remove or add would get the following trace:the default host. Local fix
Problem summary
virtual host the add button would not respond and the new
mime type would not be added.
Problem conclusion
 are no longer there and the panel now functions as it did in
3.5.3.  The defect that fixed this was 98744.
