Media Server Control

The Liberty Media Server Control feature (mediaServerControl-1.0) enables the ability to access media servers via the JSR309 API. For applications to use this API, a driver implementation of JSR309 must be installed.

Enabling this feature

To enable the Media Server Control feature, add the following element declaration inside the featureManager element in your server.xml file:
<feature>mediaServerControl-1.0</feature>

Developing a feature that depends on this feature

If you are developing a feature that depends on the Media Server Control feature, include the following item in the Subsystem-Content header in the feature manifest file for your new feature:
