Temporary fix for VisualAge C++ for Windows V3.5 Visual Builder Component
with WTV352 applied

Problem: Visual Builder hangs while trying to open a very large and complex
         part.

Cause: Visual Builder defect

Fix:
      1) Download CPPWVB35.ZIP in binary format
      2) Make a backup of the current CPPWVB35.IMG in the BIN subdirectory
         under the VisualAge C++ for Windows V3.5 installed directory.
      3) Unzip CPPWVB35.ZIP into the BIN subdirectory where the previous
         CPPWVB35.IMG was.
