ODBCFIX.ZIP contains a new CTL3D32.DLL.

If you see a message box pop up stating that CTL3D32.DLL is not a valid
Windows NT image, then you need this fix.

This tempfix should be included in the first Visual component FixPak
for VisualAge for C++ for Windows V3.5, which will be called WTV301.
