If you are creating a DDE application with hotlinks you may run into
synchronization problems where the data being exchanged between the
server and the client is not equivalent.

This is a temp fix that will allow the DDE hotlinks to work correctly
and keep data exchange consistent.

To install this fix, unzip the tempfix into a blank directory.
Copy all files contained within the tempfix to the
\IBMCPPW\BIN directory replacing all corresponding files
(It is a good idea to make a backup of all files you
will be replacing by simply renaming all files with an
extension .BAK).
