Read me for WorkFrame temporary fix

This temporary fix fixes the following problems:

1.  ILIB source types are sensitive to their order.
2.  Resource Bind is missing from make file when Linker and ILIB are used.
3.  Duplicate resource bind statements are produced when resource compile action
    options are changed.

You must have CSD CTW304 (VisualAge C++ FixPak 7) installed on your machine
before applying this fix.  This fix will be no longer required once any future
WorkFrame FixPaks become available.

To install this fix, follow these instructions:

- Boot to a OS/2 command prompt by hitting Alt-F1 while Warp boots.
- Rename \IBMCPP\DLL\IWFMMAKE.DLL to IWFMMAKE.307 (to keep old DLL)
- Copy IWFMMAKE.DLL from this ZIP file into \IBMCPP\DLL
Re-boot.
