Problem: Intermittent sys3175's when emptying and refilling a container.

This problem is typically seen when using the DAXTHRDS sample or 
DEVCON11, and using the generated manager class in a container.

This zip file contains a temporary workaround for this problem.
Unzip ICOLOBSV.ZIP into its own directory.  Rename the GA versions
in D:\IBMCPP\INCLUDE of ICOLOBSV.HPP and ICOLOBSV.CPP to temporary files.
Copy the files ICOLOBSV.HPP and ICOLOBSV.C from ICOLOBSV.ZIP into your 
IBMCPP\INCLUDE directory..

You will need to rebuild your application after deleting any tempinc
directories (these files are template files).

This is an unofficial fix.  When a later fixpack replaces these
files with the official version, you must again rebuild your application.
