Problem: Intermittent sys3175's when emptying and refilling a container.

Typically seen when using the DAXTHRDS sample or DEVCON11, and using the
generated manager class in a container.

This zip file contains a temporary workaround for this problem.
Unzip ICOLOBSV.ZIP into it's own directory.  Rename the GA versions
in D:\IBMCPP\INCLUDE of ICOLOBSV.HPP and ICOLOBSV.CPP to temporary files.
Replace them with the versions from ICOLOBSV.ZIP.

You will need to rebuild your application after deleting any tempinc
directories (these files are template files).

This is an unofficial fix.  When a later fixpack replaces these
files with the official version, you must again rebuild your application.
