There is an error in the packaging of CTO307, the OpenClass file in
Fixpak 7 of VisualAge C++ for OS/2.

Who is affected?
----------------

This errors affects all users who have installed CTO307 either onto
a local installation or onto an installable image.

The problem
-----------

The problem is that some files do not decompress fully during the 
installation process. These are the affected files:
     bin/cppedsmp.exe
     include/dde4u001.res
     include/iwinpriv.inl
     iocdll/getobjs.cmd

The solution
------------

1. Unzip this zipfile into an empty directory.
2. Run CTO307FX.CMD.  (Make sure you are in the directory where the unzipped
   files are placed, because it needs to run DECOMP.EXE).
