This patch contains fixes for the following CRs based on customer reported and internally discovered issues.

32286	4.1.0.9	Memory leak: Every time any tools is opened and closed around, the amount of memory used is never freed up, causing memory leak on the server.  Fixed server interface classes to release the memory when  disconnected from the server. Tools are no longer causing memory leak on the server.
15262 a.k.a CQ15258	4.1.0.8	Increasingly slower response with repository access: When Tools designers access artifacts from the server, the response time is getting slower after every access. After the server is restarted, the response time remains good until the designers start accessing more artifacts from the server. The problem is more clearly visible when a Map containing a huge business object is opened. The fix improves response time.

UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS 

Before applying this patch, it is highly recommended that  you backup the files shown in the table below.  In the case you want to uninstall the patch, replace those files with the backups.

To perform an upgrade to this version of the WBI Toolset:

1. Make sure that you have InterChange Server  and Toolset version 4.1.0  installed.
2. Updated to the InterChange Server 4.1.0.8 patch.
3. Run the attached exe file (e.g. 4109_toolset_patch.exe).   Please notice that in the second step of the installing wizard, by default the installer enters the value of variable %CROSSWORLDS% as an installing directory name.  If you installed WBI ICS and Toolset version 4.1.0 at another location, use the Browse button to select the correct location.  The installer will do all installing work for you.
