This interim fix contains fixes for the following customer reported and internally discovered issues.

Prerequisites

1.      You must have installed WICS fix pack 4.2.2.7 before installing this interim fix.

2.      You must have installed WICS Toolset fix pack 4.2.2.7 or later.

Upgrade Instructions   

To upgrade to WICS 4.2.2.7 LAIF 1

1.      Download the LAIF package WICS_4227_LAIF1_UNIX.tar for UNIX or WICS_4227_LAIF1_WIN.zip for Windows.

2.      Back up the files listed in the table below to allow this interim fix to be uninstalled.

3.      Unpack the zip or tar package to the WICS installation directory.

On UNIX:

Copy WICS_4227_LAIF1_UNIX.tar to your WICS installation root directory (for example /usr/home/WebSphereICS) and issue the command:

 tarxvf  WICS_4227_LAIF1_UNIX.tar

 

On Windows:

Copy WICS_4227_LAIF1_WIN.zip  to your installation root directory (for example c:\ WebSphereICS) and run the command:

jarxvf  WICS_4227_LAIF1_WIN.zip. 

Alternately you can use a utility such as PKZIPW® to extract the zip file to your WICS installation directory.

Uninstall Instructions

1.     To uninstall this interim fix, replace the new files with the backed-up files form step 2 of the upgrade instructions above.
