Patch Notes for
Adapter Version 1.0.2 for NightFire Adapter

Following are new and revised features of the 1.0.2 version of the connector for NightFire:

To perform an upgrade to this version of the adapter:

Apply the changes prescribed in the table below, beginning with the entries at the bottom of each table and working up to the most recent patch.
Set a specific port number of Naming Service on NightFire server. Contact NewStar’s support for detail.
Check the port number in the “ns.ior” file in the NightFire installed directory with the VisiBroker’s “printIOR” command.
Create nforb.jar file from the IDL file in the NightFire installed directory. See the manual for detail.
Copy the nforb.jar into the Connectors/NightFire/dependencies directory.
Start the Connector Configurator, then open the CN_NightFire.txt, then set appropriate parameters. See the manual for detail.
