Prerequisites -------------------------------------- 1. IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for SOA V7.1 IF0001 NOTE : IF0002 is a cumulative fix and should be applied after IF0001, but taking into account that IF0001 is a multiple component fix, IF0002 can be complemented by the TEPS and DLA components from IF0001. i.e. - If ITCAM for SOA v7.1 IF0001 is already installed on the system. + Install ITCAM for SOA 7.1 IF0002 on top of current environment. - If ITCAM for SOA v7.1 IF0002 is installed on the system and IF0001 needs to be installed. + Be cautious to just install the TEPS and DLA pieces contained in IF0001, if TEMA (Agent) piece from IF0001 is installed it will regress the fix provided in IF0002. ==================================================================== Section 4. Installation Instructions ------------------------------------ Use the following steps to install the update on the computer where the ITCAM for SOA agent is installed: NOTE: Please ensure the base product and support files have been fully configured before applying this fix. + Extract the IF0002 main containers in a temporary directory. i.e Windows. C:\TEMP unzip 7.1.0-TIV-ITCAMSOA-IF0002.zip This package contains the following packs to be used and applied as needed. 7.1.0-TIV-ITCAMSOA-Windows-IF0002.zip 603291 7.1.0-TIV-ITCAMSOA-Linux_Unix-IF0002.tar 645120 + Install fix at the TEMA. 1.Stop (disable) the Data Collector (WAS). Please note that the platform names may vary depending on the IBM Tivoli Monitoring level installed (6.1 or 6.2). 3. Apply patch to the machine where the TEMA is running by extracting the new files and reconfigure as follows. Windows.
