The information in this readme file should be read by users who plan to install IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for Messaging on the HP-UX 11iv2 on the Itanium platform. This fix pack adds support for the HP-UX-11iv2 on the Itanium platform to IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for Messaging. On Itanium, a full install will be performed rather than a patch update.
This section lists hardware and software requirements for installing IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for Messaging components on the HPUX-Itanium platform.

The minimum processor speed required for running IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for Messaging is 1.6 GHz.
The following list shows estimated disk requirements for installing IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for Messaging components on the HPUX-Itanium platform.
Before installing this fix pack, make sure that you have installed IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6.1 and fix pack 4 on the destination system.
