is not active. Valid values for load balancer status are ACTIVE
or INACTIVE. The status indicates the operational state of the
load balancer.

Determine why the load balancer is no longer active.
- Verify that the load balancer configuration is valid.
- Determine if there are connectivity issues.
- Restart the load balancer, if necessary.
